Nando and his team are some of the nicest and professional people with whom I regularly interact. I really appreciate the prompt attention when I show up, the courtesy texts when my laundry is ready, and how pleasant everyone is each time I walk in.

Whether I'm out of town and they hold onto my laundry for a week (sorry), or - like tonight - when I have a flight at 6 AM Saturday and was assured they could do a one day turnaround if I dropped off my laundry tomorrow, I have not been disappointed in any of their services.

Never thought I'd look forward to dropping off laundry, but these are wonderful people and Nando is a wonderful local businessperson. Branford'a lucky to have him. More...

What a great find! This laundromat is clean, the machines are modern, and the employees are helpful and very nice. My only caveat is that it's not for those days where you leave ALL of the laundry till the last minute--it's a bit small inside and it doesn't have large-capacity machines. But it's completely worth it.

Hands down the best in Branford. Been going there for 6 yrs. Super clean. Really personable. New owners owners have done lots of upgrades and added services. .. Like pick up and delivery! I like that branford pizza is next door so I can get laundry done and bring home dinner. I hate doing laundry but going here makes it better because I'm comfortable. They got TV and coffee. The whole place is CLEAN, the washer and dryer machines are well maintained, and they also have Great CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since my house has been remodeled I will be not having a laundry room for awhile :( so I needed desperately to get our laundry done and finally give Sea Suds a try. Since my house is been remodel I desperately needed to laundry that has been accumulated from my husband and children so finally decided to look for a laundromat. Unfortunately the ones close to home were too dirty and with lack of customer service so my daughter and decided to give Sea Suds a shot even though was 30 mins away. I am so glad I did as not just the washer and dryer machines were clean and well maintained but the whole laundromat was also very clean. They also have great music playing in the radio which makes the washer and dryer go fast specially when you are staying folding for too long. The owner and his attendant were very pleasant and helpful making my first time in 15 years at a laundromat a very nice experience not to mention that they never rushed me to finish folding when I went over an hour after their closing time. This was my first time using the services offered at Sea suds LLC. I have had several bad experiences with dry cleaners and FOR YEARS, I stayed away! However, I recently gave in when a favorite garment (DRY CLEAN ONLY) of mine was put through the wash ... it was pure silk! I was devastated and 99.99% certain the garment was ruined. I looked around for credible dry cleaners ... but reviews were hit or miss. Finally, I stumbled upon Sea Suds, called up the owner, and asked if he could squeeze in a 24HR dry clean. He was incredibly friendly, told me I had nothing to worry about, and said everything would be set and dropped off at my house the next day. When I came home from work at the end of the day, I was amazed! My garment looked BRAND NEW! I was so amazed by the quality of the service I had to call him up and tell him how thankful I was! Sea Suds LLC will be my go to place from now on! Not only was the quality PHENOMENAL but the customer service can't be beat! I told him I was in a rush, and he said, "Don't worry about it, pay when you can pay ... I trust you!" You don't get that kind of response these days. Usually a trip to the laundromat is like a scene in a horror film. This laundromat is extremely clean and modern. It has been recently remodeled. The owner is very helpful. We were able to wash two large sleeping bags on one machine. We sat on the small deck at Indian Neck Pizza which is directly adjacent while we waited. We had a nice shore breeze and a view of the salt marshes. All in all a pleasant experience. More...
