Sea Salt Therapy

Wow, Sea Salt Therapy, who knew it would be such a great idea? It's fun, relaxing and good for your health!!

I love going into the big salt room to play around and make salt angels as my body takes in all of the benefits from the sea salt around me and in the air.

The booth is amazing as well, it's a sauna where you can get sea salt therapy, chromotherapy as well as infrared heat therapy in 45 minutes!! What more can you ask for?? That's beyond efficient in my opinion (:

So glad I visited Sea Salt Therapy for a tour, learned about the wonderful options and the benefits of salt therapy, I have done both the Salt room and the Salt therapy sauna. Janis and Avery the owners are welcoming and informative.
