I've been doing Barre in the Bryn Mawr area for over five years. I was so excited to find this boutique barre and cycle combo while on vacation. One stop shopping! An incredible cardio workout at sea cycle and an intense, but fun! stengthening workout sea barre. Bonus, the studio is really nice and the owner and staff are super friendly. They provide all you need, may for barre and shoes for cycle and they also sell cute T's and barre socks. I will definitely be back! More...

What a workout. Ellen has you tighten your body with small moves targeting inner muscles you did not even know you had! I highly recommend this class.
