I provide online fitness training, however, this is not about standing in front of a webcam and participating in a live video workout. I mainly work with clients that are in the 45 - 65 year range. I'll give you a personalized fitness plan which will be based upon your time, goals, abilities, and any fitness equipment that you may have available.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients to achieve their fitness goals by structuring a fitness plan based upon desired goals, abilities, time frame, and available fitness equipment. I'll monitor the workout results as the client will log their data after each workout. Plans will be adjusted as needed and motivational and encouraging emails/phone calls will occur as needed.

I only provide online training. My website will have all of the training information needed along with a video description for each exercise. There is also an app for your phone, so it's easy to follow your workout and track your results.
