This is my first time getting family pictures done with Scott. He did a fantastic Job. I have one child in particular that won't smile normally to save his life. Yet Scott and his humor and his knack for working with kids was able to get him to smile so handsomely! Scott definitely has a quirky sense of humor and I found it refreshing. The family picture and portrait pictures turned out beautifully. He managed to capture my children's personalities in each of their individual shots. The lighting was perfect and his editing was professional. And the group shots were a success as well.The pictures did take a while to get back, but since it is December I figure he is pretty busy so it's totally forgivable.I also have to give a shout out to his wife. His wife works very well with him as a team. She runs the administrative end of things. She was always prompt to answer all questions and concerns. I've been meaning to post here since my daughter's wedding. That was over a year ago. Sorry Scott. The point is, my wife and I made the mistake of agreeing to have a "friend" take our photos for our wedding.
One of the bigger mistakes I have ever made. As a result, we essentially have no photos of our wedding. They were either over exposed, had bad lighting, or were out of focus. Oh, and then there were to ones that just got lost. This was all done with a idea that we would save some money. From that experience we vowed that would never happen to our kids. And, therefore, we committed that when they get married we would hire a professional.
We shopped and shopped for someone we thought would do a good job and also be reasonably priced. Without reservation I can tell you that we found our guy.
Scott and my wife and daughter, Mykayla Park Larsen, hit it off from the start. He has a great personality, is very patient, and super professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that she, her husband, and both our families had a great experience and the finished product could not have been better.
Scott will likely not be the least expensive option you could choose, but based on our experience you will not go wrong using him, and as long as he is still in business as the rest of our kids get married, Scott will be there taking photo for each one of them. And I should probably note that I am a diehard Ute fan, but Scott is still my guy.
Thanks Scott. I am sorry it took me so long to finally get around to this.

Scott is an amazing photographer! He has been in the photography field for a long time, he knows what he is doing and always stays up to date with the latest technology, while including his previous knowledge. He knows how to pose you to look pretty and natural. And if you have wrinkles or other spots in your face, he can be sure to take care of that for you, so that there is no evidence that it ever was there.He is also amazing with giant families! He can get the kids to laugh and makes sure that in the end result everyone is attractive and happy, without taking to much time to get there. You can come to his studio to have your picture taken inside or in his breathtaking yard. He also goes to events and weddings. He does an amazing job and has fantastic equipment to support him.
