What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients overcome their fears to reach their goals.
Everyone always remember their 1st love, the first sale they made, etc. I will always remember how I felt when my 1st client told me a few months after we ended our sessions, how much I helped her change her life and how much happier she was (because of the changes)...I was incredibly happy for her and for her success!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a coach in each of my corporate positions for the last 15 years and have always wanted to be able to reach more people than just those working in the same company as me - having my own business allows me to continue being a coach to my former colleagues as well as providing me the opportunity to work with others all around the world.
Why should our clients choose you?
Making the decision to work with a coach is the 1st and easiest step of the journey to a better life - staying with the process, even when it gets hard, which it will at times, is the more challenging aspect of this journey.
I support each of my clients with a combination of compassion, empathy, strength, humor and respect - that said, you should only choose me if you are serious about working towards your goals, and willing to invest time, open to being vulnerable and prepared to be held accountable to reaching your goals; ultimately, I would hope you would also want to be with a coach who is just as serious about working with you, willing to invest time, open to being vulnerable and equally held accountable to which I commit to you, I will.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, all of my services are provided online via Zoom video conference call and am available 7 days a week from 8 AM PST to 6 PM PST except for Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, and the week between Christmas and New Year's.
Each session is 1 hour and is scheduled weekly, with a minimum of a 4-week commitment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This is not applicable as my services are offered remotely.

Focusing on current state and what you want your future state to be, identfiy gaps / obstacles and create structured goals to effect taking positive action towards the change you envision.
Career Coach / Professional Coaching
Support your profesional development and growth by creating a personalized career path and development planning goals; use personal SWOT analysis and other assessments; assist in starting your own business; identfy 90-day introductory plan for new positions, provide leadership guidance and training; work on leadership development skills; provide objective, honest feedback to empower you to take necessary actions to meet your goals and objectives.
Relationship Coach
Working with indivduals or couples, work with improving the overall health of the relationship by identifying gaps in the relationship and creating personal development opportunities; identiftying unhelathy behaviors to work towards healthy behaviors; create goals, refine communication / listening skills, overcome mental barriers (mindset, perspective), understanding how to work with other people's / your partner's differenences; help understand yourself better at your deepest level.
