This place is awesome. Great patio seating when it’s warm, fantastic interior seating when it’s drizzling. The food is delicious and authentic.
The beer is perfectly paired and cold.
The bocce ball court overlooks vineyards, hops, and the valley beyond.
I am coming back ASAP!

The details about the food were misrepresented by the server when asked questions about it. They also got half of the orders wrong in our party of 10. For the price the food was okay. I will go back. The servers were very nice and checked on us a lot. I will order something different but would like to try more of the menu. More...

The Schoolhaus Brewhaus is a great place for dining with kids. The grounds are impressive and keep getting nicer every time I visit. Wednesday are really fun with great dinner specials. The putt putt course is fun and challenging. They also have a huge field for kids to run around on. More...

Wow! The schnitzel is off the charts. Great German place with many of the same customs. If you are looking for a fast American meal, calm yourself. Long meals are how they eat in Europe. Enjoy the slower pace and know what you are getting into. Everything was delicious and amazing. As mentioned, the schnitzel is a must try. It’s tender and breaded just right; pairs amazingly well with their cranberry sauce. Spatzel is also very tasty and hearty. Fondue was good and very filling, be sure and come hungry. Atmosphere is very well done and in my opinion, another top place to eat in Jacksonville. More...

Stellar atmosphere! The menu looks to cover all the standard German flair. I had the fondue. It was not good. Not even close. I would call it soup. Buddy got the gyro, and the meat on that tasted great. We got some deserts to go. I found these to be way off as far as the descriptors went. Seemed a little cheaply made. Most food I saw coming out looked good, but overall I found the dining experience lacking. They have boots full of beer. More...

A little out of the way, but well worth the trip! Real Food, Great People, and the Scenery is beyond comparing. Went for Business, Excellent. Went on a Date, truly impressed. And best of all are the Bloody Mary's! Is a Salad, is it a beverage? Either way, it's the best in Southern Oregon.. More...

What's not to like on this beautiful historic campus that had had tons of renovations to bring back its looks as it was in its early days, with modern amenities much hidden?
