Great selection! Maggie was the salesperson that helped us order custom items for our new home. She has a great eye for design and is really fun to work with. The delivery men who set up our canopy bed were detail oriented and even noticed a flaw that I wouldn't have. They let the service department know and a tech was sent out to fix it. When it was determined unfixable I was given a discount. Thank you! Remember this flaw I wouldn't have even noticed!  When we picked up our dining chairs they were unwrapped and we inspected each one. They were perfect! The man working the pick up dock even let us borrow moving pads so we could get them home safely.We are so happy with our new furniture and plan on going back. More...

We recently visited the Plymouth store to look for nightstands. We were asking a lot in terms of size and storage, and were patiently escorted throughout the entire store to look at many options. We did find a very interesting cabinet that had terrific design, and bought two. The seven day return policy was a comfort in case it didn't work. Two days later we came up with a different idea, and I called to explain that we wanted to cancel the order. My family have been long time customers of Schneiderman's.  We have always had wonderful shopping experiences.  I recently purchased several items at the Plymouth location and again the service I received was excellent.  Randy went above and beyond to assist me and while I was there he had several customers come in and ask for him.  He listens to you and makes sure you are completely satisfied.  Delivery was excellent as well.  Thank You Schneiderman's I will be back!!! I recently purchased several items for my living room from Schneiderman's Furniture in Plymouth (sofa, ottoman, two chairs, lamps, and end tables), which were shipped to my home. The sales person that I interacted with was easy to work with and she did a nice job of helping me put together a "look" for my living room.  Some of the pieces I may not have considered had I put it together on my own, but I am extremely happy with all of the pieces and how they coordinate with one another.  The prices were reasonable and I feel like my money was well spent.  When I have furniture needs in the future, I will certainly go back to Schneiderman's. I left Schneiderman's last weekend a happy customer....again.  My most recent visit ended with a distressed, red shelf thingy that is doubling as my TV console.  I love it.  I was also inspired to buy a 50s inspired end table.  Customer service is always great at Schneiderman's.  They are helpful, give you space to look around, but are always nearby or checking in to see if you have any customers.  I also never feel like the sales people are fighting over customers.  I had no problem buying the floor model (though they won't give you a discount for it), and I also had no problem returning the little end table after getting it home and realizing it wasn't feng-shui-ing with the rest of my living room.I guess they are expensive--what furniture isn't--but they are definitely better quality than Ashley or Hom.  I always find something I want here.  I've gotten my couch, bedroom set, and now tv console here.  Lesson learned: make it a quick day of shopping and just start (and end) at Schneiderman's. Awesome customer service and very good selection.  We bought a bedroom set.  There was some damage during delivery, and they handled it very professionally.  Stuff happens, and they dealt with it promptly.  We also returned a piece that just didn't fit.  We paid them to pick it up because it was very heavy and bulky.  Couldn't have gone any smoother. I will certainly be back to buy our living-room furniture.  Great store, better service!!  Our set was expensive, but was excellent quality, and we bought it on sale.  They do have a wide range of price and quality.
