**DID NOT FINNISH THE JOB AND WONT RESPOND***They did not do what they said they would do. The dry creek is graded the wrong way towards my retaining wall. I pointed out some mistakes, they said they would take care of it, but just hid with branches. I found this company on the web. William was the person I was talking to. I told them I need some grading done and also needed a draining pipe to installed. William came to my property checked everything and told me they can do the job also told me they have the right machine (landscape Tiller) to dig because there was a lots of roots and rocks on the side of the house. So I decided to go with this company because he told me they have the proper machine to dig all of the rocks and roots, I was gonna go with another company but they didn't have the machine (tiller) upon the two days William worked on my yard the tiller machine was never brought and the service was never delivered. My backyard and side of the house looked exactly how it looked before When I asked what happened to the use of machine they told me that they didn't know of the machine and this is the best they can do I already gave them I was quoted $1800, with material that was to include 2 drain pipe, 2 catch basin, paid them $900 for deposit and $900 was to be given at the completion of the job but, The job was incomplete nothing that had been promised in our contract had been worked on they only installed 1 catch basin and use one drain pipe with out telling me thinking I wasn't going to find out. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job because they want to get over innocent people. If I could give them 0 I would so please do not HIRE THIS PEOPLE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE THIEVES. More...

I got a quote by messaging here, on Yelp. William responded quickly and came out and gave me a reasonable quote. It's nice when landscapers make it easy for you and just get it done. Especially in this summer heat! I also like they accept Zelle, etc especially during COVID. More...
