What do you love most about your job?
It's true what they say ...... dogs really do bring joy to your life and being able to work with them makes everyday worth while.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a certified Nursery Practitioner (children 3 months to 5 years) and Learning Support Tutor (young adults 16+ with learning difficulties and disabilities) in England, part of which was teaching animal care. When I moved to the US and was unable to continue in the field of teaching, it gave me the opportunity to pursue my love for dogs as a career. I chose to go back to school and become a Certified Dog Trainer.

I do not provide online services. I only provide in person services which take place at clients homes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Pandemic Guidelines: -
With the current Covid pandemic, safety is a high priority. All parties MUST wear suitable face masks during all training sessions. If you are suffering from any symptoms, you MUST make your trainer aware so sessions can be rescheduled. Your trainer will be washing their hands before and after every session as well as using hand sanitizer.
NOTE: -
As of 3/24/21, I have been fully vaccinated against COVID 19.
As of 11/18/21, I have received my COVID 19 Booster.
Basic Manners Training
I am currently teaching a 'Basic Manners' package (no group class, only one family per session). The program is made up of 5, 1-hour classes, which are spread out over a period of 5 weeks.
The criteria covered: -
Name Recognition
Potty Training
Polite greetings - no jumping/no nipping
Sit
Down
Trade - Resource guarding prevention
Touch - hand targeting
Find It - scent work
Drop it
Recall
Leash walking
Socialization & handling - sounds, objects, equipment etc.
Mat work - relaxation Impulse control
Each week I come to you and teach you the foundation of the procedure. You practice and we then level up the following week if your dog is ready to. I always write an email after each session so you have the information to look back on​
