I reached out to a dozen cleaning services about a move-out cleaning of my apartment and didn't hear back from anyone, until Jocilene- who called me back immediately and was able to schedule a time for two cleaners for the next morning! They were on time, brought their own supplies, and Jocilene kept in text communication with me all day- they spent nearly 7 hours going above and beyond a normal deep clean. The apartment was completely spotless and they had thrown out all the trash we left (our ratty old shower curtain, etc) while neatly organizing things we wanted to keep (they cleaned and re-organized all the stuff still in our freezer!). Jocilene texted me before, during and after pictures so I could see that they had gone the extra mile- moving the stove out from the wall, even taking down a wall-mounted rack in the bathroom. Jocilene and her team conducted a deep cleaning of our home today, and I was very impressed with the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final clean home. She was very easy to work with, flexible on timing, great at communication, and right on time. I appreciate that during the initial consultation, she provided all the "credentials" that many cleaners don't give - tax forms, evidence of insurance, references, and even multiple options for payment. I contacted Jocilene a few weeks before the SuperBowl regarding a deep-cleaning. It was our first time having guests to our new home so we wanted everything looking perfect. She was very quick to respond to my message, and quoted me a price that I felt was really reasonable considering it was close to what we paid for our one bedroom apartment in Cambridge, whereas now we have 3-4 stories to clean! The crew spent about 3-4 hours cleaning the place, and the results were fantastic. (I used to work as a stewardess on a mega-yacht, so I'm extremely particular about what constitutes "clean!") I checked every surface, nook and cranny... everything was sparkling and fresh smelling! We didn't have any intention of getting regular bi-weekly services, but the price Jocilene quoted us was so reasonable that we decided to go ahead. I hired SC Cleaning for a deep clean of my condo before putting it on the market. I called Jocilene way in advance to get a sense of price and how much notice she needed. Then I called to schedule with only a few days' notice and was able to get the day I needed. Amanda and two other women showed up close to on time and did an amazing job. This is a long overdue review, but I can't thank SC cleaning Service enough for the cleaning job they did at my parents' house.  We were quickly trying to prepare the house for an open house, and I found SC cleaning on Yelp.  They were the first to reply, and were gracious enough to come in a couple of days to do a deep cleaning of a 4000 sq ft. home.  Initially, 2 people came, and the Jocilene joined them in a few hours.  They worked dilgently, and did an amazing job, and the price was extremely reasonable.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning of their home.  Thanks so much for your prompt response and for helping us get the house cleaned and ready! I moved into an apartment in Brookline and had to hire SC Cleaners to do a deep clean before we could finish moving in. Booking with Joscilene was easy and only involved a quick phone call and a few text messages. She was very responsive. Two cleaners arrived close to on time and brought all their own supplies. They worked for about 3 hours and did a great job cleaning the walls, floors, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. I have nothing but good things to say about Joceline and SC Cleaning. I recently sold my house and I am living in a condo while we build our new house. Therefore we are trying to fit a lot of things into a small space. With my family on vacation I decided to organize our things and have the apartment all set up for when they came back from vacation. Once done organizing I realized how dirty the condo was. With my family coming home in two days I scrambled trying to find somebody. Joceline had excellent reviews on Yelp so I gave her a call. SC Cleaning Service did an outstanding job in cleaning my home today. I found Jocilene on Yelp, saw the great reviews and decided to give her a try.  She responded to my call within 30 minutes.  Today was her first time in my home.  She brought one of her helpers, provided her insurance and bonding certificate and proceeded  to tear apart every nook and cranny of my home to expose the dust, dirt and grime.  My house sparkles!  She did an amazing job and I felt so good coming home from work experiencing the level of detail and workmanship she delivered. I requested Jociline to clean the bathroom in my apartment and her team did a great job! The bathroom was not super dirty but needed some cleaning, like the tiles and bathtub had some accumulated dirt and cabinet doors and mirrors needed some effort. Jocilene sent a team of two who spent about an hour to make the bathroom clean and shiny. I am very happy that we chose SC cleaning service as our house cleaners. I work full time, have a 1 year old, and 4 dogs, I tried for a long time to keep the house clean on my own but it was very time consuming. We called Sc Cleaning Service for a last-minute deep clean of our entire house before it went up for sale. Jocelyn was able to schedule us on very short notice.  They came right on time and stayed until the entire house was cleaned-top to bottom! Their service included the basics plus cleaning inside and outside of the windows, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, all baseboards, the shower and toilets, behind the furniture.....basically the entire house.  I would recommend them to anyone in need of any house cleaning service-from a one time deep clean like we needed or a weekly cleaner to just make your life easier.  Also, we felt completely comfortable leaving them alone in the house-and they didn't let us down! We have a small house with quite a few pets (three dogs--big shedders, a bird, and six rats). Neither my husband nor I are big house cleaners. We do vacuuming, etc. once in a while, but only do a thorough clean maybe once a year for a house sitter when we go on vacation.I finally called a professional service, and this one had such good Yelp reviews, it was going to be one of two we wanted to quote for us.They did not disappoint. The owner, Jocilene, came exactly at the time she said she would for the initial meeting. She gave us a price and we set up a time for the first initial deep cleaning. The plan was for 2 or 3 people to spend about 3 hours.Again, they came exactly when they said they would to the minute. They cleaned every room (except for the junk room that I put a note on the door not to clean). They pulled furniture out and cleaned under and behind. When I came home at the end of the day, my gosh what a difference! Now in all honesty, there were a couple of small things that they missed (one kitchen drawer, a couple of cobwebs on part of a ceiling). But those girls were cleaning for a full 7 hours (they arrived as I was leaving in the morning and left just as I came home). Keep in mind that a week ago, we had done our annual cleaning ourselves for a house sitter, so I didn't think the house was that bad. But there was so much they did. For example, we have an incredibly heavy entertainment system in the living room with an old clunky CRT tv in it. It's so heavy that once I attempted to move it for cleaning and vowed never again. I don't know how they did it, but all the dust bunnies and pet hair that was trapped in the space behind it are gone.Besides the normal stuff you'd expect like windows, sinks, tubs, floors, windowsills, carpets, etc, they also cleaned behind and under everything, including the spilled pet litter behind my rat cage. They also put away and organized items that were lying around. When I came home, I just walked around saying, "Wow.  Wow." Just now I dropped something that rolled under the cabinet in the kitchen. Normally it would almost be too gross to pick up--covered in dust and pet hair. But there was not a single thing on it when I retrieved it--not a single pet hair or a spec of dirt.And, they wanted to charge us the same price they quoted for 3 hours even though it took them 7! My husband said, "You've got to be kidding" and gave them extra.We never did meet with the second company for a quote. When we met Jocilene, we both agreed SC Cleaning was the only company we needed to see.So we'll be using them for weekly cleaning from here on in. More...

After trying numerous methods and products to remove tile grout stains, laminate floor build-up, and smudges on steel appliances,  I turned to Jocilene to get my apartment looking like everything was newly installed before I moved out.         My unit owner was anal about maintaining a pristine look to everything in the condo  and it seemed that nothing I was using was helping anything to keep its "fresh off the delivery truck" lustre.  The floors would look like they had a film over it whenever I would mop it. The shower door quickly built up a cloudy appearance after a few days of living there...and it seemed even the most intense wiping with glass cleaner did nothing to remove it.          After only couple of hours of Jocilene's touch, everything seemed miraculously back to brand new condition, like a totally different unit.  Every square inch was completely spotless, down to the tile grout cabinet handles.  I was so dumbfounded I even had to ask her what her secrets were!  Now I am sure the owner of this condo will be more than delighted to see how untouched everything looks.     Another bullet point I must add- I had to book this appointment last minute after I got a no-show the day before.  I was so greatful she was able to squeeze me in last minute! I had another service booked and they cancelled last minute for a one time move out 3 bedroom housecleaning so I did not no where to turn. I am glad I found this service. Not only sere they very responsive and jumped on the project right away, they went above and beyond to clean up my house that was about to be closed on to new buyers within a few days and brought in extra people to assist. They even cleaned up areas I did not even think about like the inside of the oven!
