Can't say enough great things about these guys. My home windows hadn't been cleaned in 4 year. Submitted a quote request on Yelp and got a reply within 10 minutes. Used Say Clean for a move out final cleaning in Laguna Beach, CA. I arranged for a two hour window and described my needs on the initial call. The two cleaners arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned two bathrooms, the kitchen and detailed the appliances. They washed and/or vacuumed all the floors and even cleaned the windowsills and baseboards. Hi Folks – if you need a great cleaning service, give SaySay Clean a try. You won’t be disappointed. Sarah and her team recently helped my extended family out in an emergency. We had a family member injured at home. There was a significant amount of blood involved with the injury. Our family member was transported to the hospital. While there, we knew we needed to have the house cleaned. Sarah/SaySay Clean was recommended. Sarah was most compassionate. She did not stray from the job once the situation was explained. She took the necessary precautions to handle the clean-up. While the family was at the hospital, she took the job on herself that same day and did an amazing job. The family came home to a clean house with no reminders of the scary situation that had occurred there earlier that day. The family was so pleased that they have hired Sarah and her team at SaySay on an ongoing bi-weekly basis. When I say the female head of the household is particular about her house, it is simply an understatement. BY FAR the BEST cleaning service I have ever used. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail and ease of communication. Both with the office and with my "team". My home not only looked amazingly clean, it felt clean and smelled so good! What those ladies accomplish in the time they are here seems impossible. They are just that good at what they do!They also work with your schedule and offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly...you name it! Ive even changed my frequency without a problem. We have been using SayClean for about 6 months now. I initially hired them for a move-out clean on our rental and move-in clean on our house. The customer service went above and beyond to make sure our landlord was satisfied with the move out clean. I was so happy that I have continued to use their service for twice monthly cleans and another deep clean. Our home is about 2000 sq ft and we have 2 messy toddlers. The crew is great, very polite and fast! 3 ladies come and they are finished in about 1.5 hrs, which I love so they don't disturb naptime for my youngest. They always put everything back in it's place when dusting and the bathrooms and kitchen are immaculate. The deep clean also included cabinets and baseboards, and they will tackle any task you request. We had one scheduling mishap where the crew came and I hadn't scheduled (we were switching how often they come) and when I reached out to complain they made it right, no questions asked.
