I cannot recommend Darrin and Savory Kitchen enough! I've now used them for several events - from small parties in my home to a big fundraiser event at Town Hall - and everything was perfect. Darrin is not only a terrific chef but very generous in his offerings. The presentation is beautiful and Darrin and his staff's high level of professionalism makes everything run so smoothly. Fantastic Job by the team at Savory Kitchen, Food was great and interesting, and service was spectacular.

We had the pleasure of working with Darrin from Savory Kitchen Catering at my husband’s recent birthday party. The recipes such as the Roasted Cinnamon Pears with goat cheese, the Baked Shrimp Wantons, and the Thai Lamb Endive Cups were all exceptionally tasty and very well prepared. Everything was thoughtfully selected and cooked to perfection. Darrin’s professionalism really shone through and made the night as special as it was. Darrin of Savory Kitchen Catering catered my 40th birthday dinner party. He blew us away with the menu, presentation and impeccable service. I felt sheepish requesting a menu of nordic comfort food with a fusion of edible flowers, to go along with a floral theme. Darrin enthusiastically created a beautiful menu and sourced gorgeous edible flowers that were incorporated in all the dishes! The presentation and delicious dinner blew me and my guests away! Savory Kitchen catered my company party last night and we were extremely pleased with the results. The food was plentiful and delicious - creative menu with interesting and unexpected flavors. The buffet was set up very attractively with table cloths, different levels for visual interest, flowers and little signs identifying each dish as well as the overall menu. Darrin provided extra glassware, ice, and even pitchers of ice water with fruit slices. The whole experience was professional and exactly what we expected. More...

Darrin at Savory Kitchen Catering has catered a couple of events for us - with outstanding results. One was a tapas and wine dinner prepared in our home for 12 guests. He was well organized, provided good communication, and on the night of the event was charming with our guests and served a beautiful and delicious meal. He was willing to engage as much or as little as we wanted - and we appreciated his educating us and our guests in the wines and food selection. He brought his own gear and left our kitchen spotless. I've attended multiple events where Darrin has provided food, drink, and fun education in the process.  One particularly memorable instance was delving into the cuisine and wines of Spain.  Darrin answered all our questions on the dishes, preparation, wine pairings, and the regions from which they came.  The attention to detail, wonderful food, and Darrin's can-do attitude make all the difference.  Highly recommend!! I was really happy with the service. Not only was the menu perfect for my occasion but the setup, teardown and service was entirely "off my plate" and that saved me time and stress. It is hard to find catering service that comes to you, much less your event space that doesn't provide a kitchen but that was no obstacle for Darren @ Savory. I can also appreciate how all communication was fast and best of all how many of my guests LOVED the food (including my friends with meal restrictions and sensitivities!!!) More...
