Reasonably priced and does quality and honest work.We ordered a new thermal pane glass door for our front entry to our office building. It needed to be custom build and required a new door frame. When the crews came out once we had a break in the cold temperatures, they had the front door off in no time. Come to find out, the new door frame required some of our entry tile to be cut in order to fit into the new space. Evidently this component was missed and there was no way to cut the tile out that day with the crew or tools on hand. So as not to take short cuts and be proud of their work, they put the front door back on and returned when they had the necessary tools and means to complete the job. No hang-ups on the second go around.While the job didn't go off as planned, Savocchi stayed with the project and made it right for their customer. I know that the project did not turn out as profitable as it could have been but their managers lead with integrity and quality results in mind. I would use them again for any future door work we have. Four stars only for the hiccups that we had experienced. I hope to give five stars on our next transaction. More...

We have used Savocchi several times over the years for our vintage home. When we moved in 25 years ago, several of the panes in our beautiful leaded windows were cracked. Savocchi came in and replaced probably 10 panes and the leading remains unaltered and looks original - as if nothing had ever happened! None of these has cracked or broken since they were repaired. We have original french doors that they repaired. Most recently, we have newer double hung vinyl windows that have been cracked (kid accidents/balls) that Savocchi came in on site and repaired - again, none of the window frame or paint was chipped or damaged. the windows look brand new. It is actually amazing! They are so friendly and responsive - such terrific service. The cost is totally, surprisingly reasonable. 100% recommend! More...

The estimater was there immediately. He summarized the problem and told me, when I asked, what the approximate cost would be and the amount of time to repair the decayed bottom of a 8' x 5' stationary part of a sliding glass door. The office called the next day with the approximate cost and time it would take and set up an appointment. The workman appeared on time, explained what he would be doing, how long it would take, he used long seasoned wood, and completed the work in the time he said it would take. The estimate was exact.
