I dont understand the bad reviews! My husband and I have been going to the new location on a regular basis and have never had a bad meal. Got the seafood combo with angel hair pasta and crab suace. Sal is our favorite server and he offers professional friendly service!! He is always smiling. We come often and we have many favorites such as the Chicken Carbonara, Pork Chops and the Steak! !  Lobster Mac n Cheese and the Lobster roll are just as awesome. Whenever I'm in West Haven I can't help but go to this FANTASTIC restaurant. The stuffed mushrooms are the best I ever had plus the prime pork chops are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND TRULY AMAZING. As a group who don’t enjoy seafood, we had some concerns. But it was a very good dinner. The olives that were brought to the table instead of bread were yummy and made my gf companion very happy. I started with a good mojito but my table mates spicy pineapple mojito was the real star, it was delicious and unique. The Delmonico was juicy and cooked just right. I’m sure the carrots were good but they were outshone by the amazing steak. My chicken carbonara was perfect, but I had to ask for it on pasta (which they did without complaint). As a plus, they gave me a choice of pasta types immediately. If you don’t request noodles, you get a veg side and potatoes. And the roast beef sandwich was a huge mass of delicious but the rye bread was outmatched and it ended up being eaten with a knife and fork. All in all, it was a great dinner, a little pricey but we expect to go again. More...

We love going to Savin Rock Roasting Company as often as possible. The food is excellent, the staff is wonderful, friendly and always so accommodating.
