How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
We can basically do any type of garage conversion. The question is whether it is cost effective to do so. It is helpful if the garage being converted is nearby to a bathroom in the main house and if the ceilings are at least 8ft. high.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
1. Find out what the City regulations are to ensure compliance.
2. Design/Planning.
3. Engineering.
4. Apply for a permit from the City.
5. Construction begins.
6. Final City inspections.

What inspired you to start your own business?
It has always been important to me to be self-reliant. That independence and my natural entrepreneurial spirit led me to start my own business at an early age.
Why should our clients choose you?
I do not start out with any agenda for style and design. We build what our client's want and if they are not sure, we can offer ideas and examples to assist the client in certain design choices. I work with the client's budget and am always up front about any additional costs that may arise due to style and design changes.

Saviano Builders can design your new home or ADU. We can design a full remodel, addition, and exterior decks. We provide complete construction documents including plans, engineering, Title 24, and Green Build specifications.
