Just don't.... use this company !

I did get my refund but I went through a HORRIBLE process for it

You need to ignore all the 5 start from 2019.. ! And review on 2022 are what you really need to pay attention when you see this business !
Currently this business has law suit bride that lost money total of $9500 from Doreen Fitzpatrick'a NO SHOW after received the customers payment.
Doreen is very manipulative and you will run into trouble use this company ! There is investigation and law suit is happening with this vendor , no surprise they have bad cash flow and need to take people's money for whatever awful reason . SO BE VERY CAREFUL ! I strongly do not wish anyone contact this company! Already victim sueing this company by paid the service and NO SHOW at the day of event . No proposal or no contract to some customers and Doreen verbally threaten and terrorizing customers, all evidence will be present at the court

Currently Sassyfly Doreen ran away from 2 brides money, she took their money , one is $1035 and another is $8500
She charged client and NO SHOW the day of, NO REFUND
She called me and threatened me if I don't take down my internet post she won't give my money back. I had gave her enough time
She even admit she purposely avoid me asking for refund
She yelled at me over the phone about refund , she promoised me she will refund and I still haven't see the money
There is no written agreement from her about anything so she think she can get away from it
I already sense this business has bad cash flows that's why she kept my $1035 and another $8500
She can't give any reasonable reason why she need to keep my money longer
I will find resource to get money back
Please don't go through hassle with this decor company, not worth it
