Being in property management for almost 21 years I've had my share of dealing with security guards. I have privately contracted, I've gone to outside agencies as well and it's usually a nightmare. You have to continually change/find better guards on a consistent basis. Since working with Sarasota Security Patrol, I have had nothing but absolute amazing service, great guards who are courteous to residents and guests, yet professional in making sure everything is being done according to the rules of the property. Great company!! The owner of the agency is amazing he takes a personal interest in each employee and his open door policy makes him stand out among the rest of the local competitors. The hours are flexible they work with you to keep you employed and the support staff you have backing you 24hrs a day definitely makes it easier. They’re patrol division is great with beautiful fully equipped vehicles and the level of professionalism these officers shows is out of this world. I have personally seen these guys go above an beyond for they’re clients and even people off the street if they’re in need. Sarasota security patrol 100% holds they’re employees to a higher standard and it shows through they’re officers.
