What’s your interior design process?
1. Discovery call : client to share imagery, floorplan, and vision. We will discuss scope of work / timeline / budget.
2. On site consultation : meet in person, tour property, take measurements, note existing furnishings (this consultation fee is waived upon signing agreement).
3. Mood board and style guide is submitted for approval.
4. Formal proposal, agreement, and invoice sent to client initiate engagement.
5. Proposed procurement checklist, floorplan sketch, and maintenance suggestion list is sent to client (Maintence work to start as needed).
6. Once reviewed, sourcing list and digital floorplan layout is presented to client.
7. Once approved, sourcing list is purchased and delivery set up.
8. Delivery received / picked up, assembled as needed.
9. Set up space accirding to approved floorplan layout.
10. Space is cleaned, prepped, and stocked.
11. Direct professional photo shoot. Establish Airbnb listing and property social media accounts with pro photos and copywriting.
12. Start booking guests!
