Sarah has been my trainer for over five years, and it's been an incredible journey! In the beginning, I had the sole goal of mitigating the chronic pain from my decade-old neck injury. Luckily, Sarah's Zoom sessions had always been so fun that I rediscovered the workout as its own merit. Always attentive and professional, Sarah organized the sessions to strengthen my upper back muscles over time while distracting me from my pain with backpack challenges and tree poses. I had too much fun to notice the real hard work that was accomplished.
Now, I look forward to every session, eager to discover new stretches and new muscles. I am thrilled to challenge myself with even heavier weights under Sarah's excellent supervision!

I’ve been training with Sarah for almost six years and she’s amazing - she makes working out fun while kicking your butt at the same time. 1) Sarah prioritizes flexibility for your lifestyle and your goals, which is truly a lifesaver for those in school/working long hours.
2) Sarah is FUN!! Even though her workouts are hard, I always smile and laugh and have a great time.

Trick question! Your body is already amazing and has gotten you this far. On top of that, the movement piece is only half the battle. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you fueling your body to feel good and perform well? Are you making time to connect with people in your life that you love? Fitness is so much more than exercise, and all of it shows up in our bodies.

I love being there for the moments when my clients begin to acknowledge their progress.

I am kind, empathetic, and a real stickler about proper form. I also tailor my coaching style to each client depending on their needs and the type of feedback they respond to best.

I offer Zoom sessions as well as in-person sessions in Los Angeles.

All of my clients have been remote since March 2020. However, I am vaccinated and happy to mask up during in-person sessions at the client's request.

Services

This hour-long intro session allows us to get acquainted with each other and will give you a sense of my training style. The first 15 minutes are set aside just to chat. What are your goals? What are you looking for out of a trainer-client relationship? Any injuries or ongoing aches I should know about? Then the last 45 minutes will be a workout.
