having sarah as my trainer has gave me so much confidence in the gym from when I started. I was lucky enough to have known her for years, from working with her, having her as a friend & now to her being my trainer has made me so excited for the future! she works around my crazy schedule, answers any questions I have & makes sure that I am comfortable with my workout but also kicks my butt. it’s so nice not only training with her but having a friend to do it with! Sarah is a very knowledgeable personal trainer! She has great positive energy, but it still able to instill the fear of God into you to push through a workout. Her method of correction and encouragement allows you to learn how to excersize your body without being in pain. Sarah is an amazing personal trainer. She pushes you to do things out of your comfort zone but only for your benefit. She gives instruction for amazing work outs in just 30 minutes that leave me feeling pumped. I love having Sarah’s direction for working out as she makes me feel more confident in what I’m doing and I always can trust that I’m doing it correctly. She offers a wide variety of exercises that cater to your goals and we’re never doing the same things over and over ! I 10/10 recommend her for personal training ! More...

I start with an assessment during our free consultation. Once i have more information about you and your goals i spend hours writing plans for you based on your goals. I am here to be your biggest fan!

Services

For in person training your sessions would be held At the gym I'm contracted to work for. You will need to be a member of the gym if you go this route but you won't be sorry! Come workout where there's no judgment. I promise to prioritize your sessions and goals.

Training brought to you and tailored to met your goals and needs. You get to choose the days and times you work out and your completed workouts will be sent to me every time for me to monitor. I also do weekly phone calls to discuss your week completed and talk over the entire program made. The programs are made for YOU so it's important we keep tabs on what's working and what's not.
