I offer counseling for children, adolescents and adults in central San Antonio. I offer play in therapy and parent education for children from 4 years old to about 12. I incorporate a relaxed but more traditional talk therapy with adolescents, and can treat adults individually, alongside their partners or families as needed

I would highly recommend Sara Almendariz. As a parent, I tried my best to help my child cope with her situation and unfortunately it wasn't enough. I was a little skeptical of seeking professional help for her but I am glad I did. And I'm glad I chose Ms. Almendariz. I saw improvement in my daughter by her 2nd-3rd session. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to make my own schedule. Times of therapy and days available are flexible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy having a good balance of work and play and believe me being my own boss has allowed me to do just that.
Why should our clients choose you?
Once we make contact, I can schedule you in for an appointment within one week. I can speak Spanish and offer services in the language if needed. I work with children as young as 4 and specialize in adjustment and trauma.
