Overall, Santos provided a good service,
however, there were some issues and things I believe could be better.
The positives:
Our driver Marla was a catch and the absolute best! She is amazing and went above and beyond to give us all a great experience.
The limo was on time and prompt about getting to our various locations.
Champagne and water was provided. The limo was comfortable and clean.
We went over time by 5 minutes and they didn’t charge us the overtime.
Negatives:
We did have a small snafu when the limo came to pick up myself and the bridal party at the hotel. I was confused about the type of limo that I booked and was expecting the Chrysler but instead there was a Sprinter. That was totally on me as I signed the contract and just had a misunderstanding. The issue was that when the driver called the office to check, the phone was given to me for some reason and the man on the line was rude. I did not like the way he spoke to me. He was clearly on the defensive. I let him know that I totally understood I made a mistake but that I didn’t like to the way he was speaking to me and gave back the phone. Our driver apologized immediately for it and was great at calming down the situation after that phone call. We popped the champagne and were on our way.
My other negative is that the communication during the booking process was not great and the person I was working with was seemingly never available to speak. I ended up booking with another person from the company on the phone because she wasn’t returning my calls and e-mails.
Lastly, we couldn’t figure out how to work the Bluetooth to connect to our own music and eventually gave up.

This may have been one of the only less than perfect vendors of our wedding. Santos was one of the more expensive options we considered, but I selected them because I wanted a large party bus that would fit my entire bridal party. I received comments from my guests that the Party Bus smelled and the Rolls Royce while the outside was beautiful in our pics was falling apart inside. And our driver forgot our champagne in the trunk on the drive to the reception so we never got a chance to drink it. I recently used Santos VIP limousine for my liberty house/jersey city wedding. We rented a bus and my fiancé and I rented a Rolls Royce.
I am going to start with my review on our Rolls Royce driver Louie. He was perfection. Not only was he professional but he takes such pride in his job. His work ethic was 5 stars and he was such a kind individual. He exceeded his job description as a driver when he made sure my photographer got the best pictures, walked me into church and made sure I held my flowers correctly and puffed out my train to make sure it looked nice before I walked down the isle, but he ALSO knew I was starving and went to a local pizza parlor and grabbed me a few slices of pizza for when I got out of Church. He was PERFECT. Such a caring man, I will be recommending him to everyone I know! The next review is for the bus driver, Hector. Unfortunately, I received a few complaints from my guests saying that he was rude and not helpful at all. I was disappointed to hear that from my guests, and very surprised after the experience my

Not going to lie - my now husband and I dropped the ball when booking our transportation, but Santos VIP made sure that we were going to be covered!
The van was so clean and kept nice and air conditioned, we had full access to music to play what we wanted and to jam out on the way, there was a free bottle of champagne for my husband and I to pop on the way to our reception. The driver was also SO nice! Highly recommend!!

Both drivers of the Lincoln 10 passenger limos handled it like absolute professionals, making us feel calm throughout the day getting us to church and to our wedding venue on time. They went above and beyond to ensure that we stayed dry and comfortable. When we arrived at the church they were able to maneuver the cars in such a way to ensure we were in a covered area. Once the ceremony ended, it began to rain down heavily and each driver escorted my husband and myself, and each family member/bridal party member to the limo one by down a flight of stairs with umbrellas. I truly felt like they saved the day. They got us to our venue safely and on time and allowed us to leave the nerves elsewhere. We met Santos VIP at a bridal show where we got to see one of their party buses. We went with the 22 person party bus and had an absolute blast, we wish we had a longer ride between the church and the reception!
They showed up on time, the bus was clean and they had a red carpet champagne toast included. Very reasonable prices and everyone you deal with is so nice!
