I knew The Stuart at Sierra Madre Villa would be my next home when Mayra Marroquin, Assistant Manager, answered my inquiry call. She was helpful, informative, warm and welcoming. These qualities are genuine and continued pre and post moving to The Stuart at Sierra Madre. As a new resident I could not be happier! The apartment is gorgeous! The absolute friendliest staff you will ever meet. If you are looking at an apartment here I suggest asking for Manuela, she was the best and went well above and beyond to help my wife and I. I would like to share my experience at The Stuart. Starting with their management department, I draw attention to Niki Lunsford and Mayra Marroquin. There has never been a time, that when I called they have placed me on hold. The first thing I'm asked is "How are you today and how can we help you?" This made me feel very comfortable. "How can we help you" is very important to me. AND, they have a wonderful way of making us feel at home. That brings me to the maintenance department. I am surprised that with The Stuart being as large as it is, the building is kept like if it was just opened for business today. The maintenance team that is helmed by Alex Perez has an attitude of ready and available and keep the building in the same respect. I will be here one year in June.
