The BEST gym in town! SSBW is a welcoming place where the average person can comfortably obtain his/her fitness goals. You'll find top-of-the-line strength and cardio equipment, towels, showers and free parking. The fitness classes and personal training offer an incredible challenge for those looking to make serious improvements to ones health and wellness. First off i have to say of all the gyms and fitness arenas i have been to this one tops them! Professional staff who know what they're doing, top of the line fitness facilities and equipment and just grade A servives. Owner is very knowledgable and carries some fantastic supplements that are some of the best in the world.
