I can't say enough about Rachel and her team! From day one my husband and I knew we wanted a Fall Wedding. When we sat down and met with Rachel she told us she had one date left in October of 2019 and we put the money down on the spot! From there we saw pictures and stories of past weddings at Sand Springs and it seemed we picked the perfect spot to celebrate the best day of our lives! Rachel was very responsive over email and could also be reached via phone. She never acted like I had a stupid question even if I thought it was Haha. She even managed to fit planning her own wedding two weeks before ours and we never would have known. She always let us know well in advance when we had a payment due. The food and cake tasting was amazing and that I was not surprised by, since I knew the restaurant had delicious food! On the day of the wedding she was so professional and told me exactly where I should be at that time and what I should do. She made the day flawless and I didn't even get to tell her Thank You so much for all of her help! She helped to keep me calm on the day of and my husband happy. Sand Springs is the most beautiful venue in NEPA!! From the layout of the ballroom, the outdoor Gardens for cocktail hour, the food, the staff and the atmosphere. ..they made our dream wedding come true!! Samantha & Tracy coordinated our special day and they were fantastic! Every detail was attended to. The staff was polite, professional and very welcoming towards our guests. The food was SO delicious and our guests can’t stop RAVING about it! Thank you so much to everyone at Sand Springs for giving us our dream wedding! It was everything we ever dreamt of.

My husband and I had our reception at Sand Springs on 5.25.19 and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day! Rachel was so helpful from the time we had our first meeting to our last dance. The food, drinks, and service was spectacular! Rachel is extremely organized, professional, and her attention to detail made our day absolutely perfect. I wish I could relive it over and over again. We chose Sand Springs Country Club for our wedding on August 24, 2019, and we could not be happier with our venue choice! From our food tasting to the actual wedding day, Rachel and the whole staff were so accommodating and ensured we had the perfect day ! They made the whole day run so smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food and cake were amazing and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The ceremony and reception space looked so elegant and was everything we could have hoped for. We were married at Sand Springs on Saturday and Rachel and Samantha were amazing! I was so stressed in the final days of the wedding and they were so on top of everything they took such a huge burden of my shoulders and we couldn't be more grateful. Our guests raved over how pretty the venue was and that it wasn't just pretty when you walked in. The whole experience of the drive to the clubhouse the ceremony everything was beautiful. From the second we said yes to Sand Springs our experience was amazing. Everything was absolutely beautiful. I got ready in the bridal suite and it was the perfect start to the day. The venue offers everything you would ever need for your dream day. Being able to go out onto the course to take amazing pictures was a blast. But the very best part of our experience was having Rachel with us every step of the way. She helped us throughout the entire process. She made it as stress free as possible and was always there to answer any questions we had. The day of was choreographed to perfection because of Rachel. Everything was exactly how I imagined my wedding would be and even more. I could not say thank you enough to Rachel, Sand Springs and all their staff. Rachel is absolutely amazing. My fiance and I live in Phoenix but got married at Sand Springs since my family lives in that area. Rachel made the cross country planning so much easier than I ever expected. Every question or concern I threw at her she answered and solved without hesitation. During the Wedding Day, she checked on us in the Bridal Suite to see if we needed anything, made sure the train of my dress looked good before I walked down the aisle, and during the reception she came right over once I sat down to eat and asked me what I wanted to drink and brought it right over. She makes sure everything goes smoothly and to your liking. She is so passionate about planning and making sure your day is exactly how you want. I would highly recommend Sand Springs as a wedding venue. Rachel is amazing, super fun & down to earth. Tha past 2 years of planning had been so easy thanks to her. My now wife Katie and I visited Sand Springs first in our search for a wedding venue. We did not know till after that day how high the bar was set. We visited other venues for a few weeks. Rachel Tollett and her team at Sand Springs Country Club made our wedding day absolutely incredible. The venue is perfect with plenty of spots to get amazing pictures taken. The food is excellent. We did not hear a single complaint from our guests about any food not being served to their liking. In addition to our wedding day, we also had our rehearsal dinner at Sand Springs and it was a great start to our weekend. We felt not a single thing could have gone better than planned. Rachel was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was easily accessible to answer our questions and super accommodating.
