Rene Valadez (et al), of Sancha Home Svcs. Did unacceptable work. She charged $400 for initial trim/fixup/clean for which “she” did just a OK job.
She agreed on a monthly fee of $150, but soon texted me the work was apparently too much, and that she was losing money (same for initial work up!). In the text she quit the job-no conversation.
I’d give “Sancha” “one star”, and, do not recommend her service

We have been in business for 11 years now & plan on being in business for many years to come.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and we bring all of our landscaping tools when doing lawn care work.
What do you love most about your job?
We absolutely love our work because of the variety and knowledge we all bring to the table.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be financially comfortable and for our children. Also to leave a sense of accomplishment to our children.

We always wear sanitized gloves & sanitized face masks. All the girls have been vaccinated.
