Attended a special event on Thursday evening and it was great! Food was very good and plentiful. The bartender in the room, Ronnie, made us his special drink and was very gracious & entertaining. When we went to the main hotel bar after, Marissa, our server, was great. Louie, the supervisor, was very attentive and was quick to remedy a discrepancy that Marissa found on our bill. I had a suite and it was a comfortable accommodation. Maybe I’m picky but the wires hooked up to the TV were visually exposed. With a little effort, the management could tuck it away n not looking so disorderly. The staff is generally efficient. No restaurants or eateries within walking distance from the hotel. More...

+Hotel was nice, rooms were not only clean but very nice as well. I loved the couch in the room which made it comfortable to watch TV on. -I don't understand why parking is not included with the hotel. They wanted $25 to park my car. Which is insane. This was my very first time staying at this hotel, I had heard that it was under repair/remodeling and had low expectation, however I was surprised that I actually did not noticed any service disruption, the hotel was clean and with a neutral smell, the lobby and leisure areas were well tended and I enjoyed it very much.
