San Jose Yard Clean Up

Robert (owner) was very responsive to my request for an appointment. He is very easy to talk with and he went above an beyond my expectations to schedule an appointment. David (crew lead person) and his crew arrived promptly and after a run through of what I needed, they were hard at work. They all have a good eye for detail and advised me of the best way to get everything cut down or trimmed. When the job was completed, I was amazed with the quality of work they had done. Dealing with contractors can be intimidating and difficult at times but not with Robert or David. They talked to me like we had been best neighbors for years. Robert and his team handled a very large weed situation in my backyard with a quick turnaround time. He was able to spray the weeds down within 2 days of me accepting the quote and took all the weeds down within 5 days. John at San Jose Yard Cleanup did a first class job of cutting  down a huge citrus tree on my patio today - he was quick and very efficient,  cleaned up the trunk and branches and leaves, hauled it all away and left the patio neat and tidy.    I was delighted to have that eyesore taken away. Great work and affordable. Robert was very helpful and handled a very difficult yard clean up.  He was prompt and proactive and cleaned up a mess left by tenants.  He is on top of it with attention to detail and great customer service- what was amazing was his availability and willingness to get the job done quickly and efficiently- I highly recommend him for any future cleanup work. These guys were very professional. They got the job done even through bad weather conditions. The workers worked hard and we were very polite and courteous. They had to do some additional services and instead of the usual gouging and additional services high cost They just added it in on the original deal which was very unexpected.
