Amazing costumer service it was so easy to book! No hidden costs. I had a bad experience with a different company and I am so happy I found this one, I will 100% be booking their services again.
( although it probably will be in a very long time since they truly did such an amazing job) My carpets have never looked so clean they look brand new! They also offer A/C duct cleaning at a reasonable price.

Totally recommend San Antonio Kwik Dry. The whole process was very easy, from setting up an appointment, getting my questions answered and having the tech at home. We live by the golden rule, "do to others as you would have them to do you". Hence, we believe in honest, transparent, 1 on 1 service with each one of our customers. Air Duct Cleaning
Our Deep Cleaning Air Duct Cleaning includes:
- Removal of each register, scrub, clean and disinfect each one of them.
- Cleaning of each plenum and arm of the HVAC system with a soft bristled rotating HEPA vacuum brush that simultaneously sweeps and vacuums the duct walls as well as the entrance of the vent (Face of the vent)
- We don’t just “spray” a disinfectant solution over a dirty duct wall. We actually scrub the interior of each duct prior to spraying (Most companies do not do this)
- Then we fog in an EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant in EACH duct to kill any mold, mildew and viruses. And then we fog the entire system as well.
- Then we replace the registers and finish cleaning up.
Everything is done at an incredibly affordable and straightforward price.

Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning process with San Antonio Kwik Dry touches your carpets 6 times vs other processes that only touch them 2-3 times.
Our service includes:

Our process includes:
1- First we will vacuum carpets and all edges heavily with a 1.5 horse power vacuum machine.
2-Spray a stain removal solution on stains then use hand scrubber on stains and extract
3- Spray cleaning and disinfecting solution evenly in one area/room
4-Use floor machine with carpet brush and go over entire room
5- Then we use a floor machine with a bonnet while carpet is still wet. The Bonnet creates an electromagnetic field that pulls dirt, soil and stains.
6- Last but not least, we spray scotch guard solution to help keep the carpet clean from dirt and spills
7- We use carpet rake to fluff up the carpets

If your dryer vent exits straight out horizontally through the wall (3-4ft long) then It is $99
- We clean from the ground up with our rotating vaccum brush machine.
- It’s a soft bristled brush that enters the duct while rotating and loosening up all of the debris and lint inside.
- At the same time vacuuming it out with a powerful 30 ft hose.
- We don’t just “blow air into the duct” we actually “gently scrub it while sucking out all the dirt out.
