Never go! This place requires a $10 overpay every time. First $45, then $50 + Oraldi $10 added. Next, they said add $10 because your dog is fierce. They then asked for cash, saying they would add an additional $2.50 fee if you paid by card. Also, dog hair has different lengths. It's a mess! Never, ever, never go! As my experience, fees have increased twice a year after new owner and staff. Service is not a good anymore. Also they changes service cost policy many times. For the last one and half years, I had paid extra $10 teeth clean fee. Today I didn't want to teeth service(because not at all difference before and after) and expected $10 less, but they request regular fee is additional extra $10 with free teeth service. It's trickery by playing with words. New owner cost went up almost double price without a quality service(hair cut are spots and bumpy. They aren't as expensive as pet stores & do a better job. They allow the dogs to play together after they are clean & groomed, like a day care if they are well behaved. One of our dogs doesn't even want to leave because he is having so much fun. More...

First time to Samys and they did a great job on my labrador and the price was nice! Didn't have her for a long time which was also a plus. Will be taking my dog back.
