My focus is whole life healing. I believe in a holistic approach when it comes to coaching. My services will always incorporate a mind, body, spirit connection to help guide you into living a more abundant, sacred and pleasure filled life. I absolutely love holding space for clients through all of life’s ups and downs. I love teaching clients how to implement certain tools to help them live a more abundant, sacred and pleasure filled life through a holistic approach.

My Dad always had his own business so he was definitely an inspiration. After becoming a mom it was super important to me to have flexibility in my schedule and time freedom to allow me a good work/life balance.

I am a very loyal coach with a big heart and I truly care about each and every one of my clients. I am a great support system and will keep you accountable to working on each area of your life that needs improvement, while also allowing you the space to go at your own pace to ensure long lasting sustainable results. I am not afraid to talk about taboo topics and I have a way of making things that may feel hard to talk about easy in a safe and supportive way. I believe in guiding my clients but also walking alongside them as they make changes.

I work with clients through phone calls with an occasional zoom session if we are doing embodiment work such as Breathwork. I sometimes host in person workshops or retreats.

Helping coach / guide you in any or all areas of your life that may need guidance. I love to hold space for my clients while they navigate life’s ups and downs. Helping to keep them accountable to their goals and desires. My style of coaching is not authoritative its a calm and loving space. Where we work on things together to create long lasting sustainable lifestyle changes. By doing so and taking a holistic approach, by default you end up living a more abundant, sacred and pleasure filled life by your design. My life coaching covers any all areas such as mindset, relationships, sexuality, intimacy, connection, polarity, health and wellness, embodiment, somatic work, masculine and feminine dynamics, routines, spiritual practice, accountability, life/work balance and much more. I offer a 6 month bi weekly coaching program with 60-90 min calls per session depending on what we are working on that week. Together we go over your struggles what areas are most important to you and what your overall expectations and goals are. You will always receive a follow up email with a recap of our call and any homework or information that was discussed during the session.I as your coach will hold space for you while you navigate and create the life you desire.

Helping coach / guide you to living a healthier lifestyle mind, body, spirit. I take clients through a 6 month bi weekly journey to creating healthy habits not restrictions. We start by filling out a health history and goals form. The next step is to jump on a call to go over your form. Figuring out what your biggest goals and struggles are when it comes to your overall health and well being. Once we get a clear idea we start to meet bi weekly for 45-60 min. Within this time we go over what’s working and what’s not working and make changes together accordingly. After each call you receive a follow up email which may or may not include a recap of our session, homework, exercise plans, a recipe or two, and reading material. By meeting bi weekly this allows the client to implement and embody the teachings or tools allowing them to figure out changes or tweaks that may or may not need to be made during the next session.

A Breathwork session with me would look as follows:

Then I guide you through the breathing practice to a musical playlist. Throughout the entire breathing session (20-28min) I guide and hold space for you. From there we go into a healing practice followed by a guided meditation. Each session may or may not have different themes. The entire practice is between 75-90 min long and its transformative and magical.
