Sam and I go back to high school days so when we got engaged and FINALLY married it was an automatic choice to want Sam as our photographer. She has the most patient, kind, and loving heart and is unbelievably easy to work with. Our pictures came out so beautiful, both times! Obsessed is an understatement. Our families loved her at the wedding, and she knew what we wanted and captured all the perfect moments of our day. And Brett was awesome too, thank goodness Sam recommended him join in on the day because we have even more photos than we could imagine! Sam is absolutely amazing! I heard so many great things about her that I changed my wedding date by a week so she could be the photographer. She truly exceeded my already very high expectations. She was so easy to connect with, talk to and laugh with. She is so down to earth and you can tell she loves what she does. It was almost too easy taking pictures. It all felt so natural. We just received our daughter’s senior picture shoot. One word... BEAUTIFUL! My daughter is very, very shy and usually hates being photographed. Sam was able to really personally connect with her, set her at ease, and get some of the most incredible pictures of her. What really impressed me about Sam is how well she stayed out of the way. I have been at weddings where the photographer is a horrible distraction, blocking others. Being in the center of everything, try to dictate the action so they can capture the perfect shot. Not Sam, she took great photos all while remaining in the background and without drawing attention to herself and away from the bride and groom. More...

Sam was fun, energetic, and I felt like I had known her forever while she was doing our shoot. She just has this amazing energy that surrounds her that makes you want to smile and it makes the potential awkwardness vanish. I cannot speak highly enough of Sam and the beautiful art she creates. She has been our photographer for both our engagement session and wedding and I truly treasure our photos. Having Sam as your wedding photographer will be like having a super talented/organized friend by your side the entire time.
