A hidden gem that NEVER disappoints! I have been to Salute Market for brunch, dinner, and now, Easter Brunch, and it's always a great experience! The staff is very professional and personable.  If the owner is there, she goes out of her way to stop by your table and make sure you are enjoying your meal and the experience.  The variety of food is delicious, especially the rotating themed menu, and I have never had a meal I didn't like. I just love the vibe of this place between the food, music, great staff, and outdoor dining.  I am looking forward to checking out the Happy Hour soon! More...

Awesome Food & Dining Experience!! Everyone from the Top to the Bottom was amazing, friendly & helpful. We ended up at Salute real last minute. We were looking at the menue & decided we like what we saw. The host Rudy was welcoming & gave us a mini tour of the place while seating us. Tommy was out waiter & I thought he owned the place because of how dashing he was dressed. He was fun, knowledgeable & very accommodating. We were in a rush because we had an appointment in about 45 minutes. But he was patient with us & offered to bring our to-go boxes out.  Then we ran into the manager Steve. He was just a real cool funny guy & of course made sure we were good. There was also a bartender at the bat by the kitchen who checked on us too.The whole staff was just amazing, caring & attentive. Pluss the food was great! I'm very happy that we found this place. Can't wait to go back & I definitely will be telling people about Salute. More...

I've wanted to come to Salute for a while now and it certainly did not disappoint. First, the service from start to finish was excellent. Frequent patrons luv the service and select food items are awesome. One BIG beef is they allow a set up of a cigar for sale table. Maybe 10 guys puffing away and ruining dinner with the fog of their smoke. Maybe I'm a d..k as an ex smoker but seriously let 'em puff at the back of the bus. Hard to think this makes any difference as the place is jammed and I keep coming back!!  But put the stinking smoke where it belongs and that is in no one one's face. Pay for my dry cleaning. The cigars ad so little to your revenue. Get with it so I can salute you!!! More...

Last night I had a 7:30 reservation at Salute M. The place was cranking .  Domenic asked us to have a seat n wait a few minutes until a table would b ready. After 10 min he graciously escorted us to a lovely table for 4 , we were only 2.  He apologized for the wait.  Dom was a gem.  The food was terrific service by Emily awesome n the entertainment brightened our evening.Both of us have recently lost our husbands n we were honoring 1 of their birthdays.Dom made it very special n knew nothing about either of us.This is a great place n everyone should try it! Delicious meal and amazing service! Only visited Salute Market for Happy Hour and I very much enjoyed the experience. There Happy Hour is four to seven in the late afternoon Tuesday through Saturday. Salute offers five-dollar house wines. Cocktails and six-dollar sangria along with house martinis. Their menu selection of Tapas is creative along with their entrée selection.Salute does offer a wonderful selection of wine. There were a few small production wine bottles on their shelf which was a quite impressive.  We enjoyed tapas and cocktails along with hummus and pretzel breadsticks. More...

Salute Market is a fine restaurant that's hard not to like especially with an effort made at providing seasonal food, specials and eclectic dishes. Our waitress was great, and drinks were good, but the outdoor chairs are not the most comfortable. We had a good BBQ Chicken Naan pizza that was a pleasant surprise and basically everything we tried was good.... with the exception of the recommended Braised Short Ribs. While it was far from terrible it was a little dry and not tender. Maybe it was just my misfortune because the waitress spoke highly about the dish.No problem though because the house made fries were good. Salute Market's menu looks so interesting that I'll give it another shot. More...

Went on a Friday night and had a great time! There was live music outside and it was such a fun atmosphere and entertaining. We ordered meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and naan which were all fantastic. Great local place.  When we first moved to Palm Beach Gardens, we tried Salute Market.  Everything was OK - the food was just a bit off.  Since then we've been back a few times, and its now one of our favorite places.For lunch, the salads and sandwiches are great.  Corky & Jacks, their oddly named Reuben, is exceptional.  The corned beef tasty (and plentiful) and there's a perfect balance of sauerkraut and cheese on the marbled rye.  The meatball sandwich is rich and tasty and my favorite Italian (Campanola) is perfectly blended with meats and cheese. I prefer it pressed - like a panini, but its almost as good cold.Their specialty seasonal menus are wonderful.  At a recent dinner we had potato pancakes as an appetizer, a rich and hearty beef goulash soup.  For mains, the stuffed cabbage was good, but the bratwurst plate outstanding.  The grilled sausage was accompanied by a pretzel bread pudding topped with a maple glaze and toasted onions.  Wunderbar!  The apple strudel accompanied by vanilla gelato was tasty, although the dough was more like a traditional pastry and not quite strudel-like.  I liked the fact that the special menu included Octoberfest beers and wines.  What a great way to accompany an excellent meal.  As a final note: I usually find that the live music that restaurants bring in are annoyingly loud and not very good.  The singer-guitarist who played at dinner (I'm sorry that I didn't get his name) was a rare exception:  His singing was mellow, his song book broad, familiar and popular and his guitar playing terrific.  High marks to Salute Market for a delightful dinner/ date night.
