Honestly, I am in love with this place. Cindy is so talented, kind, and overall amazing! Salon James' facilities are GORGEOUS and so clean. I've had my hair cut and colored here, and the results are breathtaking for me! She even waxed my eyebrows/lip area and did a brow tint, and it's a perfect job. I can't wait to come in for a full lash extension job and nails!! I even got cranberry juice and lemonade while waiting for my hair to dye. I went for the first time to have my nails done. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and shown where to go. As I waited I was greeted by multiple people as well as offered a beverage while I waited. The salon itself was very clean and comfortable. Love Salon James! The pampering is the best! Coffee or tea and fruit if you like. And that is just the start. Pedicures and manicures are awesome. The massage chairs are the best in town. Ok Ladies! Do you know how sometimes you go into a new salon and it seems everyone knows everyone and the stylists are all talking to each other but not much to you or if they do speak to you it's not personal?
5, 10 or 15 stylists in one room all talking mostly to each other instead of connecting with their clients in the chair...noisy and impersonal?

Not Salon James! I went in Friday for my appt and Tina did an Awesome Job cutting my hair! She was so friendly and personal! The conversation didn't seem forced. She gave me the best shampoo I think I have ever had! It was so relaxing..I didn't feel like I just got my hair cut..I got pampered!

The room where my hair was washed, cut and styled had only two chairs so even though I was the only client at that time for my hair appt, it would not have been noisy and crowded if another person was there.

It was beautiful and very elegant! And the price was unbelievable!

I'm going back next week to get my nails done!

I have been coming here for a little over six months now. Wonderful ladies, who really know their stuff, in every department. Need a little pampering? This is ABSOLUTELY the place to go. I went to Salon James for my wedding manicure. We had a lot of women that came along for services. They had complimentary beverages and fruit, they were timely and kind, and my manicure turned out perfect. This salon is beautiful and relaxing! I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if they had anyone who could cut and color my hair and I was expecting a no, since it was a Saturday and last minute. I was surprised when they said I could come at five. I was also hesitant since I had never been there and desperately wanted my hair to come out nice. I had a great experience, Trina permed my hair and made me feel like I finally have gorgeous hair. Everyone was super professional, kind and accommodating. I’ve never felt more welcome at a salon! Wish I’d heard of this place before now! All of the employees were interested in me, i received delicious complimentary snacks and coffee, The hair was probably the best hair wash I’ve ever had, lol!
