So the lodge and staff are festive, warm and welcoming! The masseuse I had was wonderful (Shannon). The Spa itself is incredibly run down and shockingly in dis-repair. They had a hidden dehumidifier to try and keep the moisture down, (very loud, ruined the quiet reflection atmosphere). Everywhere we turned in the spa there was garbage, empty glasses, empty water urns, a huge hunk of hair in the shower. I’m hoping the new owners will do some revamping, it is a very special property....NYE dinner was very good! More...

we visited today for lunch . fabulous food and pur server was so polite and helpful. I spilt my drink by accident and she came over and asked if I would like another I declined, and when she brought the bill she said she had took the price of the drink off which I thought was really good of her. would definitely recommend eating here and next time we visit we will be going back. Really appropriate level of gorgeous and artful care for the spectacular Snoqualmie Falls. The hotel is out of my league (price), but the Attic and Dining Room restaurants are absolutely sublime.

If I could give higher then a 5 start rating I would! From booking over the phone until the moment I left, expectations were exceeded. The booking agent answered everyone of my questions and helped me plan my trip in the most cost effective way I could. Check in was easy and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 4th floor and had access to club 268 which was worth it. Our room was very clean and nicely renovated. They even set up texts to send us updates. One of us had to get up at 5am to leave for work and they actually texted us asking if they wanted us to have them deliver breakfast to our room or have a ready to go breakfast waiting for her departure. I've never had high class service like this before. We ordered room service for dinner and it came in a timely manner and very professional. It was hands down the best steak I have ever had. The Spa area is very nice as well and has a little tea bar where you can choose and make your own tea along with nuts and small snacks. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The massage was out of this world and usually I feel rushed when I get a massage but the 50 minutes felt like 1.5 hours. I have zero complaints about any part of our trip! We live local and will definitely be back very soon! More...

We love our overnight stays at the lodge. We feel like the only two people there. We used to eat at The Attic, but now just enjoy room service. When we first started coming to the Salish over 20 yrs. ago, I loved the real fireplace and the ability to slide the wall open so you could sit in the large tub in front of the fireplace. When the rooms were updated (which was badly needed) they put in gas fireplaces and took out the sliding Wall AND the big tubs (rooms on the ground floor still have tubs). So 3 out of 4 of my favorite things are no longer there. Even so, we have not found a place as romantic and relaxing within a 45 min drive of our home, so the Salish Lodge is still our 'go to' when we need an escape.||Checking in is ... Not the best. There is always a line. And as much as we pay for the room, we want every minute that we paid for and do not want to stand around and wait. More...

Jason and I love to travel and for the last couple of years have been spending Black Friday weekend at luxury hotels. We call it Posh Friday. Salish has been our favorite Posh Friday so far and we intend to go back. The staff was attentive, positive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. They really seem to enjoy making sure the guests have the best possible experience. The natural environment of the falls was as spectacular as the room. The spa was excellent as was the Attic (the in-house restaurant). Do yourselves a favor and book a stay at the Salish Lodge & Spa. For those who wish I had a complaint, I will try to muster up a flaw: there are lights that beautifully illuminate the falls by night; in an ideal world we would have had control of the lights so we could turn them off to enhance stargazing from our balconies...but I get why that isn't actually a thing. seriously, this place is practically perfect in every way. Incantevole, magico, misterioso: Twin Peaks! More...

The restaurant at the Salish Lodge is a special experience made all the more so with a view of Snoqualmie Falls! The service is impeccable, the wine list unsurpassed, including a choice of incredible Washington wines, and the dinner presentation ( for which you pay a service charge) is very pleasing. One of our diners had the Pacific Scollops with ginger carrot butter cooked to perfection. Another had the pork chop with charred baby onion and black garlic. The starter hen-of-the-woods mushroom tempura was light and very tasty with honey from the Lodge’s apiary, while the Carrot ginger Bisque really stole the show! This restaurant is a must if you are headed to Seattle. More...

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our fun and relaxing stay at the Salish Lodge & Spa, along with my Firefighter son who was back from deployment, his wife and our 20 month old granddaughter. The festive lights and decorations added to the magic we experienced. It was a wonderful winter get away, and we often felt as if we were in a Hallmark movie. I was initially concerned about purchasing the Salish Lodge & Spa Costco Gift Certificate as I had read negative reviews, however we continually experienced kindness, generosity and exceptional customer service. Our 20 month old Granddaughter was taking a longer than normal morning nap, and we were concerned that my son & his family would not be able to check out at noon. After explaining our concern the front desk gentleman Nick asked permission and agreed to also extend our check out to 12:30pm. Our 2nd visit to Salish Lodge & Spa surpassed our expectations, and we will definitely plan another visit in 2020. More...

Thanksgiving at the Lodge was a great idea. No one who didn't want turkey had to have turkey. And if you did, they carved your individual turkey at your tableside. And gave you the rest to take home -- with sides. The setting is lovely, and everyone was holiday-pleasant. The staff was unfailingly accommodating, cheerful and on top of their jobs. Those of who did not order turkey at our table ordered prime rib. Medium rare was more like medium-to- well, and therefore it wasn't wonderful. We'll probably do a future holiday and overnight again. Minor disappointment aside, it was a good experience. More...

Just didn’t feel like this lodge was worth the trip. Room was nicely remodeled and very comfortable but felt sterile. I guess maybe it’s the location that bugged me. Would rather stay in a rustic room at Mt Rainer, Lake Crescent or Langley. The falls are just not that impressive. It didn’t help that they switched my room during my 300 dollar massage. Your money might be better spent elsewhere. I did enjoy the falls upon departure but you don’t have to pay big bucks to stay there. Customer service needs to improve to make it worth the price. | More...

Stayed for three nights in November while attending the DirtFirsh Rally Driving School. The customer service from the valet, desk staff and restaurant personnel was excellent. A beautiful natural setting around the property is complimented by a nicely decorated interior and comfortable guest rooms. Very nice bathrooms and amenities. Bed was very comfortable, room size was on the larger size, with plenty of room for working at the desk or relaxing in a chair for reading. On-property restaurants were excellent, but also just minutes from many other choices. More...
