I've had an allergy cough and issues with my sinuses from my CPAP so, I decided to try Salinity Salt Spa. I gel amazing. My sinuses are not inflamed and my cough has subsided. As an added bonus I'm telaxed6and my pain is gone. I have Ehlers Danlos so I tend to be in constant pain. I'm still feeling relaxed with greatly reduced inflammation. My boyfriend and I did a couples float & it was soooo worth it. It definitely helps with muscle pain or any pain for that matter. I had back pain & pain between my shoulder blades. After an hour of effortlessly floating it was gone. I will say make sure you don’t get any salt water in your eye because it burns bad. I made the mistake of accidentally getting some in my eye and had to get out to grab a towel. They provide everything you need. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner because it takes a lot to get the salt out of your hair and off your body. Thanks for a great experience Salinity!!! We will be back! More...

This is like a quick trip to the beach in south OP. My husband and I went to the salt room for a 30 minute session. The salt is a super fine mist that gradually increases. It’s very a grounding and calming experience. I went in with some sinus pressure and left feeling great. I’m going to buy the monthly package and can’t wait to go back! Just did the couples float for the first time. Wow totally different than anything we have done before. My husband said his body didn't hurt and he feels relaxed. I recommend doing this at least once to see if you like it if you are on the fence. The facility is clean the room has a shower and they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and heated towels. All I can say is WOW! Beyond anything we ever expected. My husband and I did the couples float. I went in with a tremendous amount of pain from some cervical issues. I had been in agonizing pain for over a month or longer. This gave me instant relief. First time in months that I can honestly say pain did not dictate my life. Can't wait for our next float. I didn't realize just how bad I was hurting before until now. First time I didn't have to reach for meds to take the pain away. AND.....the calmness and relaxation is over the top amazing. More...
