Well the door greeter was super polite and a hard worker, the store was overly crowded with items for such a small floor space, more like a path. I did have a reading done by Nicholas very professional and spot on. As for the rest of the employees I encountered all I can say is they need to have some lessons in IPC skills, and if they are TERRIFIED to be at work because of COVID stay home, don’t yell at customers. And I’d like to thank the employee who was RUDE about a cheap plastic dragon getting knocked down and broken I didn’t do it, but I I also said I would pay for it no problem. So when you find the wing please mail it to me I paid for it! She was amazingly rude about it, she was rude to my friend ahead of me, she was rude to a group of people in the shop,she hollered out if your not going to be buying anything you can wait outside. Ok, I get it your scared and tired, hey guess what I’m a first responder who has worked this whole pandemic with out a break. I’ve worked longer and harder and more dangerous job than you can imagine, any time you want to swap jobs, I’m sure you will truly appreciate what terrifying really is. It was our first time visiting Salem this year. We took a tour yesterday with Charlotte - it was awesome! She is an incredible tour guide and an inspiring witch. We learned so much information and it was so enjoyable. All the other workers in the shop are wonderful as well, and the prayer/ alter was beautiful. I had my first-ever reading on 10.16.2020 and was blown away. I was slightly skeptical but, with no prompting or clues, Candace referenced recent events in my life that have initiated major changes for me. She identified thoughts and feelings I was having that I had never vocalized to anyone- not even my husband or closest friends. She helped me see the situation more clearly and gave me new insight to consider as I move forward. At the end, she even gave me advice on how to let go of the negative emotions swirling around me at work that even my best friend (and practicing witch) said were good and authentic recommendations. I was truly amazed. Candace made me feel at ease and had an overall warm, caring demeanor. I could not be more impressed with her reading of me. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. My daughter and I went for a Witch’s Walk today and it was incredible! The witch, who gave us our tour is a real witch. We started in a beautiful garden, with a blessing. Then took the tour. It was so informative! She told us all sorts of facts about Salem Witches and witches in general. Her facts about the Burial Grounds was so fascinating! The wall set back is those who wouldn’t help these victims of Salem, but if brought together it fits perfectly to make a square. The words carved in the ground are the last cries for help as the victims were hung and the 5 trees represented the trees used to hang the victims. Such interesting information. I forgot the witch’s name, but she was full of facts, laughs and I would request her every time! I’ve been on many tours in Salem. This one was by far the BEST! More...

I met with Nina for a 20 minute reading. The price was extremely reasonable and Nina was very, very intuitive. I went to explain a feeling she had and she respectfully asked me to stop, as she wanted to be able to tell me without given information. She made the experience very comfortable and absolutely worth the money. Everyone I spoke to within the Crow Haven was so very sweet and welcoming. The shop is great! I was very disappointed in my reading with Candace tho! I have gotten many readings before and have to be completely honest that this was the worst one. I was so excited to get a reading in Salem but was let down tremendously. A lot of the time in my 30 minute reading was wasted by “ give me a second honey” as she closed her eyes and swayed back and forth in her chair. She repeatedly told me she was having a hard time connecting with me and then waited until we had 3 minutes left to offer to try another approach. Whatever she was telling me was completely and way off, no connection whatsoever. I did mention to the male at the register how disappointed I was In the reading and all I got was “oh”. I’d 100% go back to the shop to purchase items, just would never pay $75 for a reading ever again. :( More...

The store had such a great selection of items to choose from through out the store. I had a reading done by Lorelei and she was able to pinpoint so many things and answered the questions I had thoroughly. I had readings before but none as thorough and fulfilling as this one. She read the cards, did a health scan, read my palm, and ended with a healing spell. I recommend stopping by in this store and having a reading. More...
