I never thought I'd hire a personal trainer, but it was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and a lot of that is due to Dan's talent as a trainer. As someone with multiple sports injuries, I've been hesitant to explore weight training in the past, but Dan is an extremely thoughtful and conscientious trainer who focuses on tailoring workouts to his clients and challenging you (so you can see results!) without putting you at risk for injury. Plus, I never get bored and actually look forward to going to the gym now, which I NEVER thought I would say! He is extremely attentive when it comes to monitoring your form and correcting it as needed to ensure you're doing the exercises safely, which, for me, is one of the  reasons I wanted to work with a trainer. Plus, he's super friendly and is very patient if I'm struggling to get the hang of an exercise and apt to adjust it if necessary.  Really glad I decided to make this investment in my health; it's been worth every penny! Dan is an amazing trainer! He meets you at your physical and skill level and tailors your workouts accordingly.  He has helped me focus on proper form while gaining strength and endurance.  Also, the workouts are constantly changing engaging muscles I never knew I had.  You need to train at Saldana Fitness! Dan Saldana is an AMAZING trainer! I've been going to him for the last 3 months and have seen incredible results. I've been an athlete my entire life and thought I had been through every type of workout imaginable. ..until I started training with Dan. His workouts are challenging, always different, and fun. He breaks down every exercise so you're performing the movement with proper technique and form. Since training with Dan my strength and stamina have increased tremendously, and my marathon and triathlon times have improved more than I expected. So let me start off by saying I'm a total newbie to having a personal trainer , but Dan is awesome! I've been training with him for over a month and I really enjoy working with him. He's a positive trainer who motivates you to be your best without being pushy. He's always challenging me to do better. My stamina and energy has increased since I started training with him and I've even experienced some weight loss. Dan is amazing Trainer! Both my wife and I go to see him separately.I have been working out in different forms for the last few years. I was getting certain results. But not the strength and overall results I was looking for. In only a short time working out with Dan I have greater strength and am farther along with my total goals than I was after two years of different workouts. I would highly recommend Danny at Saldana Fitness!  I have had 6 training sessions so far!  I cannot even begin to describe not only the physical differences that I have seen, but more importantly an increase in my energy level, my happiness, and lifestyle! Dan makes the workout not only kick your behind- but makes it fun! He sets the pace to fit you and is so good at reading your ability and limits!! He is SO professional, SO nice, and an AMAZING trainer! I'm bummed I didn't find him sooner!!! He is awesome for me- someone who hasn't worked out in years, and I know he would be awesome for someone who is in shape and needs more of a challenge too! He knows the muscles and definitely knows how to target them! He also went over my diet and lifestyle and recommended some changes there :)The facility he works out of is clean, has a ton of equipment (free weights, machines, a fake grass area, big ropes, TRX-like stuff etc.) and parking isn't bad at all!I would highly recommend Dan!
