Yes. Nothing beats in-person coaching but remote training can be convenient. Our sessions can be conducted online and I will adapt your program to your available equipment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
According to the CDC, people who do little or no physical activity are more likely to get very sick from COVID-19 than those who are physically active. Specific findings from a CDC systematic review found that physical activity is associated with a decrease in COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths, while inactivity increases that risk.
