My job as a trainer is to keep my clients focused on reaching their goals. I take the time to get to know each client so I can understand their concerns and then develop plans tailored to meet their individual needs. We work together as I hold them accountable to be the best they can be!

I am passionate about sharing the positive impact that exercise and good nutrition can have on our lives!

I personally found my own fitness journey after reaching a point where I was overweight, out of shape, and felt terrible. I have learned that you can get healthier without spending hours and hours in the gym and without living on an overly restrictive diet eating food that you don't enjoy. I want to help others do the same!

I do offer offer online training programming for clients who do not live in my local area or prefer to workout on their own schedules but need coaching and accountability. Training programs are delivered via an app which includes the ability to communicate/message me within the app. Packages also include two Zoom calls per month to discuss goals/progress.

Services

I offer in-person small group training sessions that are designed to work every major muscle group, plus cardio training. Maximum group size is 5 clients which allows for more personalized training while also enjoying the energy and camaraderie that comes from training with others in a group.

If you prefer to work out on your own schedule but you need accountability and a roadmap to guide you, my Online Programming option is a good fit for you. Let me design a total fitness plan that will be delivered to you via my training app to help you reach your goals. This option is a hands-on approach with scheduled virtual calls as well as open communication through the training app.

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition is the foundation of good health! All of my training packages include nutrition coaching. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day and reach your goals.
