Sahlen's Champions soccer program is very well run by coach Dylan. It's divided up into age groups so the kids playing and practicing with one another are at similar skills/physical ability. Each practice is broken out into two parts, the first 30 minutes is dedicated to practice / drills and the second 30 minutes is scrimmage time. The drills are fun, the kids really enjoy doing them. They aren't boring like when I was playing soccer as a youth. They do interactive and creative games that hide the fact these kids are actually doing soccer drills! Coach Dylan is an excellent soccer coach and the kids really enjoy his practices. Along with an assistant, he maintains control of practice very well, and helps the kids learn and refine their skills. The Champions program is a great way to get your kids actively involved in soccer and Sahlen's indoor facility makes playing soccer a year-round activity in WNY! More...

First time there from Rochester to watch my niece's baseball tournament. Very nice large facility. Clean and maintained with such large crowds there for all different sports. Only complaint couldn't use phone. Need to do something about the missing wi fi. More...
