What do you love most about your job?
My passion comes from training professionals to work with marginalized families in school settings, community organizations, and the juvenile justice system to implement evidence-based strategies to reduce recidivism rates and combat the overuse of out-of-home placements by allowing families to gain access to preventative services at an affordable cost before any form of detainment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The objective is to utilize life lessons by discovering principles for effective living to teach and train people on how “To take opposition and make it a platform for recovery.”

Linchpin Mentoring Program
The Linchpin Mentoring Program is a service that consists of 3 phases, each lasting eight weeks, with one 12-week extension that utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), therapeutic mentoring (TM), and evidence-based practices that last six months in duration with three specialized cognitive-behavioral workbooks designed for the program. Services extend for nine months at no additional cost at the discovery of substance abuse. * Cost $5,425.00
Brief Intervention Diversionary Program
The remote-certified Brief Intervention Diversionary Program provides four cognitive-behavioral one-on-one therapy sessions for youth (12-19) with mild-to-moderate substance use with or without a court order. There is a maximum of 45 days to complete to adhere to juvenile probation requirements set by the Office of Juvenile and Delinquency Prevention. A Rule 25 assessment is not required to obtain services. * Cost $425.00
Adolescent Workbook:
The Adolescent Workbook provides practical ways to utilize evidence-based methods to reduce truancy, failing grades, fights in school, and suspensions to avert the juvenile justice system.
