Song was highly recommended by my neighbor when I was looking around for new auto and home insurance. I could see why my neighbor thought so highly him right off the bat. Great personality and eagerness to find me the best rates and coverage. I looked around on my own as well and I couldn’t find anything better than what he did for me. Song initially helped us get car insurance when we moved (back) to the US in 2009. Since then we have been watching the renewal cost rise a little bit each year. We called him this week to see if we are still getting the best value for money. Within 24 hours, he got back in contact with us -- same coverage and at about half the cost with another insurer! Will have to pay the premium twice a year instead of once a year ... but for about the half the cost that's ok! We appreciated the quick and friendly reply. More...
