I moved a few weeks ago (June 15) from RSM to Fullerton and was quoted a price for the minimum 3 hours. However, it ended up being 5 hours and then had to pay an additional fee for " Double Drive Time," which was not explained to me during the initial quote via telephone. There were 3 men who arrived and worked tirelessly up and down 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) which I greatly appreciated. They wrapped mainly everything (which took some time) but I guess for liability reasons it was the right thing to do. They then quickly worked to move our things into another 3rd floor apartment (with elevator) and did so without any damages to my things or any of the apartments. They didn't wear masks either but I honestly didn't even realize until it was already too late. Maybe for future customers that should be a requirement and also maybe shoe covers. Polite, hardworking and careful. We are so happy with the service we received. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get everything done. Both our previous place and our new place are on the 2nd floor, so it was not an easy move and they made it look effortless. Of all the events I did not want to do during the pandemic, moving was number one though thankfully Safe N' Fast Movers changed my outlook. Â God was working for us and after a brief quote and easy contract, we were on our way. Fast N' Safe Movers helped us move 2 large couches, thick glass tables, a 5 foot statue, a 5.5 foot lamp, a 6 foot decorative sail boat and 2 beds (one which they started setting before I even had asked) which showed they cared. Having integrity is a family tradition therefore I appreciated the Vlad and Nikita cousin tag team which demonstrated their ability to run a good business while I ran to my accupuncturist for a 20 minute break. Together, Vlad relayed the pertinent information to Nikita concerning our moving needs and Chris's carefree point of view helped facilitate a relaxed move. I observed Chris and Nikita work together (something Congress has yet to recently achieve) by being as careful as they could be with our delicate furniture whilst balancing their time which allowed me to have our heavy items packed effectively. Chris is a down to earth and Nikita made everything look effortless despite the fact our custom furniture is difficult to get through doorways. By arriving at the begining of the window, Nikita and Chris accommodated our hectic schedule.Chris gave me the heads up we would be going over the estimate which I figured we would do and their were no financial contradictions. I appreciated Nikita's attention to detail and honoring the contract Vlad his cousin setup.Nikita and Chris had their work cut out for them with our move. Dear Fast and Safe movers,Thank you so much for transporting/moving the grand fathers clock. However, I am a little disappointed on how they handle the project. I also spoke to you Andrey, Sunday. Â I was very specific about moving only a grandfathers clock. You know virus (covid 19)still around. There's two things I have to say...First, they have no mask.Second, They are not careful of removing the pendulum. Unfortunately there's piece of metal fell off when taking the pendulum off because he was not very careful. When they are putting back the pendulum didn't put it properly so the clock did not work the way it should work. Please going forward put special attention if customer only asking to move a grandfathers clock obviously has sentimental value hoping to put extra care. My fiancé (Jordan) and I used safe N fast with our recent move and were completely blown away. They were careful with all our furniture, wrapped everything, and made it look so EASY. They were able to get our couches out from our second floor balcony and up three flights of stairs into the new apartment in 2-3 hours. We were completely done by NOON. My second time using Safe N Fast Movers and it was just as great as the first. This time it was a long distance move. Highly recommend this skilled team of workers. Their team of 3 movers were kind, curtious, and quick. Mike, Vova, and Oleg carefully wrapped my fragile items (tv's, mirrors, etc) in bubble wrap and returned the second day loaded my stuff in the truck and I got my things the next day in perfect condition at my destination. After utilizing their services, I can see why they're called Safe N Fast Movers. The guys arrived on-time (early in fact, by ten minutes. ) They immediately got to work, with little direction whatsoever. They were fast, practical, and experienced. They way they packed the truck was awesome--they have all the hook-ups, blankets, etc. to ensure your belongings arrive safely.They powered through the move and actually finished in under three hours. I have never used a moving company before and this first experience was great! The walkthrough estimate was less than 10 min and I received an estimate quote in the next couple hours - super quick and efficient. I contacted several movers for quotes to move the contents of my 3 bedroom home to the SF Bay area. Safe N Fast Movers had the best price. I was little bit unsure because the paperwork initially sent with the quote had a couple of mistakes. But, the move went perfectly. All the movers were friendly and professional. I had a weird situation; I had one fridge in the garage on the first floor and one fridge in the kitchen on the 2nd floor. Â Movers would have to disassemble the garage fridge, move it up to the 2nd floor, reassemble it, then make sure it works. Â Then disassemble the 2nd one, move it to the garage and reassemble it. Â The first few businesses I called scoffed at me and didn't like the strangeness of my situation. Â When I called Safe N Fast Movers - Danny was wonderful! Â He calmly listened to my situation, explained his pricing and requested my email to send me a quote. Â We texted and emailed confirming everything. Â He was delightful! Â The movers showed up on time at 7:30am on a Saturday with a HUGE truck - I was almost sorry I wasn't moving! Â My husband and I were on site in case they needed help, but Mike and his assistant were very professional and handled the whole scenario seamlessly. Â They used moving blankets and shrink-wrap to move the fridges to ensure nothing got damaged. Â They had their own tools to disassemble and reassemble the fridges. Â They made sure everything was working before they left and even made sure to throw away the trash/debris. Â Mike had a receipt for himself and a receipt for me - I gave him cash, we signed the forms and just like that - they were gone - and ALL my problems were solved...well the ones to do with the 2 fridges anyway...I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this company. After spending hours searching for a moving company to complete a job on short notice, I decided on Safe N Fast Movers and it was a decision I absolutely do not regret. ..Mike and Vova were courteous and professional, explaining the terms and communicating with be about the details of the job. They completed the move in a timely manner and carefully prevented anything from being damaged. The move was done better than I expected! Safe and Fast Movers :Mike and Vova are the best movers I've ever worked with! !! Period. Strong and smart at the same time. They quickly and safely loaded, transported and then delivered. My items were luxury leather goods and none of them even had a scratch on them. Best experience with a moving company that I've ever had. I had a challenging move, with boxes and furniture going up 2 flights of stairs on one of the hottest days of the year and they were definitely up to the task. No hidden fees. No BS. They provide wardrobe boxes which was a lifesaver with all the little stuff I'd neglected to pack. Plus they reassembled my furniture better than it was originally put together. Update: see below If I could give ZERO stars I would.  I had scheduled a two day move with an overnight storage.  Dan, was very easy to work with and was helpful in scheduling.  Moving crew broke down beds and was very careful in packing the truck. I have 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom condo.  SIX hours to pack the truck.  I have moved in and out of houses in less than SIX hours.  They safely stored my belongings and did a great job of moving all my belongings in. This company contracts out their work. Which I did not realize.  They do not use their own employees to move. I'm glad this crew worked well. So... my contract states a 3 hour minimum for the move.  My move took 7.5 hours.  6 hours to pack the truck and 1.5 hours to unload.  Safe n fast wanted to charge me a 3 hour minimum at both ends of the move.  Dan, who was very helpful early in, tried to pawn off any responsibility or decision making. Vlad, the mover, made multiple phone calls to the owner.  I spoke with Dan to try to work out this issue. Although my move went well... I would not be recommending this company as I feel they billed me unfairly. A move is very stressful. It is unfortunate Safe N Fast, might be safe and  fast, but not so easy to dealSad.. These guys are amazing!!! I had to switch moving times on them 2 times due to closing on our house later than expected and they were nothing but helpful and understanding. The movers showed up an hour early and packed everything up quickly and efficiently. Once we got to our new house we had to wait outside for a bit because the recorders office was down all day and we hadn't been recorded to get keys. We sent the movers to go get food and they let us know if we were to get the call to call them and they would come back ASAP. Once they left me and my husband waited around for the call and it still didn't happen. The movers got back and we waited another 30 min and finally got the call to move in! They moved everything in within an hour and were so patient and understanding with all the craziness the whole time. Over the years we have used several moving companies some bad, some good and a couple great. Â We had a big move ahead of us. We were moving from Aliso Viejo to Las Vegas. I called 4 companies to get quotes. Safe n fast was right in the middle not too high and not too low we knew the lowest one would just add on costs. We were told the movers would be there at 7:00 am and they were. They loaded the truck rather quickly (we were completely packed) they drove to Las Vegas unloaded the truck. Put furniture back together no damages. They were done at 7:15pm. Long move one day no extra fee. Fantastic moving company! Â I just did 3 different moves including loads into storage. Â Absolutely no damage to any of my items of locations of moves! I don't know where to start. The movers, Edmund and Normund, were hard workers. Most of my items they disassembled and carefully shrinkwrapped it with blankets around it and safely assembled it at my new place and didn' t leave any trash there. They packed everything really quickly into the truck, always hustling and being energized. Then they unloaded my items and quickly arranged all my items perfectly and didn't break anything or leave a scratch. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Normen, was our Driver and main contact!! Both he and his assistant were friendly, professional, polite and very fast! ! They were very good at letting me know what there time schedule was and were actually ready for me even sooner than anticipated!! Safe N Fast Movers provided excellent and efficient service for my move yesterday. They did not hesitate or waste time at any point of the process and thoroughly reviewed written contract both via email and in person before starting the move. They were on time and completed the job within 1 hour 40 min with no damage to my items. The only hiccup was that they consolidated my packing of small items to make it easier to move and this caused one of my boxes to be misplaced. Vlad went above and beyond to provide great customer service and had the truck inspected for my "missing" items that ended up being packed in another box that was already in my new apartment.
