Just completed my 200 HR YTT with Sadhana Yoga School in Bali. Big shout out to our Facilitators Brian, Randi and Desiré as well as assistants Marissa and Shaley. They provided an amazing training experience and were fully supportive to our wonderful group of students. We came together as strangers from all over the world and left as friends continuing to support each other from a distance.We were challenged, tested, encouraged to be the best versions of our selves in order to go out and share the gift of Yoga to others or to just deepen our own personal practice. If an an immersive training is a possibility don’t linger on the fence make the decision explore the possibilities that this training will open up to you. I highly recommend Sadhana Yoga School! It was a great experience. It was all encompassing mind, body, spirit. The team at Sadhana Yoga School were very helpful and accessible for questions which helped me make an informed decision to attend their 200 hr YTT course in Bali. I definitely improved my personal practice, knowledge of the philosophy of yoga and my ability to meditate. The instructors, Bethel and Patrizia were a great team, both very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciated their ability to teach a pretty diverse group of students and also provide one on one interaction, encouragement and guidance with each of us. Absolutely life changing experience. Such a magical journey that makes you feeling grateful for your life and leaves you fully present and awakened. You let go of things that do not serve you and create endless amounts of self love. I was a student in the Keene,NH fall 2016-17 program. I started the training not really knowing where it would lead, just trusting my gut and that i needed to find a new path. The 8 months that followed are hard to describe, my life changed and i transformed as a person during this program. New doors have opened and new paths have shown themselves to me that i had never imagined even existed. I would have never imagined a year ago today that i would be pursing a career sharing yoga with adults and children of all ages. I had the most magical teacher training last year in Bali Indonesia. The teachers were incredible and the experience completely changed my life. I am not able to run my own business teaching floating yoga in Sydney Australia and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without this amazing course! My experience with Sadhana Yoga School was transformational to say the least. I had received my initial 200 hour teacher training through another Yoga School back in 2014 which gave me the foundations that I needed, but Sadhana Yoga School took my training so much further. It was so much more than a teacher training. It was about relationships, connections, and explorations. Anjili and Bryan are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Sadhana Yoga School helped me to move out of my comfort zone and I have learned and grown so much in both my personal and professional life. Our group was large, but by the end of the training, we had all gotten to know each other on a personal level and still keep connected in one way or another. I highly recommend Sadhana Yoga School!!! I researched many 200 hr programs looking for a schedule and philosophy that would work for me. I am so happy with my choice. Brian and Anjili are so knowledgeable and they share that knowledge in a loving and down to earth manner. They are yogis, but also "real people" who are able to show their students how to incorporate their practices into their every day lives. Doing my 200YTT with Sadhana Yoga School was one of the greatest most rewarding experiences of my life. I love that it is a family run business with beautiful values and belief systems. The experience of the teachers in all aspects of life filter through in their teachings ensuring a very real and raw experience for the students. I went to Fiji in September, 2014. My instructors were Carrie, Anita, and Greg(Goyo). Looking back now in 2016 I understand that this was the best yoga teacher training program I could have ever imagined. Not only did the training improve my physical practice, but I have now embraced Ayurveda and am a much, much healthier person than before my training. It was a long held ( almost 20 year ) aspiration to return to the enchanting island of Bali and to be a part of a yoga teacher training. Every Human being needs to be nestled in the loving arms of Jiwa Damai. I met people who were truly beautiful, inspirational and adorable to me.
