Sacred Journeys

I first heard about Jackie and Sacred Journeys through a friends Live Video he does weekly and I just happened to be able to tune in to find they had Jackie on the show! So I listened and they were just talking about what she does and how it helped them. I thought well, I am going through a lot right now and have had several years of counseling and trying to move through things. So I scheduled an appointment. One appointment turned in several and I am just so incredibly happy to have Jackie in my life. Her energy is incredible! The space she helps you create for yourself is safe, makes you feel amazing, its clear, and relaxing! She has helped me get through so many "issues" that I have had. I am a different, better, higher version of myself after each session we do. The work that is done is by Jackie leading ourselves to the answer, not just someone telling you what to do, but helping you on the path you already are on. I have nothing but kind words about her. She has helped me let parts of my past go that I didn't even realize I was holding onto. I have never felt this good about myself as I do today. Her healing capabilities and guiding have truly, and I mean truly saved my life. Jackie, thank you for all you do for me and for others. You are one person that has changed the world for the better for the work you do!I know some people aren't sure, I myself was kind of like this seems odd or weird but please give her a call. I went to Jackie for a healing session. I wasn’t sure what to expect but what came out of the session was just what I needed at the time. The space she created was inviting, warm, and relaxing. There were live plants, soft soothing music, and she cleansed the energy in the space before we began. I was able to fully relax and feel more connected to my body. Her session combined Reiki, Access Bars, guided visualization, and inner child work (not quite hypnotherapy because I was fully conscious and aware the whole time). The Reiki work I experienced as moving energy around in my body and allowing the energy to fully flow and not get stuck anywhere. This clearing of any blocks allowed me to have a deeper experience of the other healing we worked on during the session. With the work with Access Bars she was able to work on clearing residual energy which I felt as energy leaving my body through my feet. The Access Bars are on the head so when she was working on my head I felt a wave of energy flow through my body; starting at my head and leaving my feet. After each wave I felt a deeper sense of relaxation and tension release. Through the guided imagery, Jackie posed questions to see what things I needed to help create a safe energetic space around myself. Since I was so relaxed I was able to have the answer just pop into my head right after she asked the question. What stood out for me was the color magenta and the scent of rose. Both of these are exactly what I need as I have been going through some personal relationship shifts and have been needing extra support getting through this time. She walked me through an imagery to help me protect my heart and help support me in learning how to care for myself while caring for others. I really appreciated that as I forgot to listen to what I want when caring for others. This was something I greatly appreciated about our session: learning how to be present with others and share love but not be consumed by them. Through the inner child work I was able to connect with the energy of younger versions of myself (Jackie mentioned that this is achieved in hypnotherapy sessions but since I was fully aware but just relaxed she was still able to work on this energy level). I had a profound experience connecting with parents on an energetic level and healing that part of myself that had been hurt when I was younger; I was able to express what I had felt but didn’t express at the time and had a deep sense of relief upon finishing the session. I went to visit my family in the couple days after the healing session and felt a deeper connection to my parents than I had prior to the session. It felt as though a block had been lifted. I am extremely grateful to be able to have a deeper connection with them and to let go of past hurt that I had been carrying around.
