How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have created our recepie with sinlgle abd catering portiones. We do this to make sure the flavor is balance and same as a plate to a bigger portion.
What do you love most about your job?
Serve my comuntity with the most authentic italian food and american coming together. And creat that memorable experience to my gues and clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My seasoning that I havent taste around the community. And bring more families around my cuisine.
