Jacob was incredibly responsive--answered my request for a quote in just a few minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my laptop and was able to get the new parts quickly. He kept in communication with me every step of the way and actually got my repaired laptop back to me earlier than he first thought. Jacob is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And reasonably priced. I also learned that he does complete network support so when I get to that point I'll have him help me out. I can't say enough good things.
