We used LaFoley Kitchens for my daughter's wedding reception in May of 2017. I will say, like another reviewer, we had very spotty communication for several months leading up to the May wedding. Ryan did explain that winter is basically his "off season" and he can be pretty busy with other things. A month or so before the wedding, he hired an assistant who was great to work with and returned calls and emails promptly. Having wood fired pizzas was a HUGE hit... amazingly delicious food and entertainment for our guests! The staff they sent to work the wedding went above and beyond. They were willing to help in any way, not just the food aspect. Thank you, LaFoley Kitchen! Job well done! More...
